    Hey, any thoughts on making a video to aid in sumo hip mobility without access to a gym/barbell? I think a lot of us might benefit from better hip mobility for when we return to pull in future!

    What is the blue thing you're using tied to the bar? Is it some kind of resistance wire?? Looks super interesting!

      It helps him measure his velocity output. He has a video on it titled Velocity Based Training.

    hey saw your free program video should someone completly new to powerlifting start whith that free program you posted here few videos ago? im never did much of power lifting before only did bodybuilding style training high reps normaly 20 to 30 reps im looking to change into powerlifting style ran into your program found it pretty intresting
