Finally someone talking about something that NOBODY talks about👏🏻
One of the good long lasting hack I found is that you re use the pots from the jelly type fresheners by putting inside the Lenor booster beads. My favorite is golden orchid and it smells amazing. Everyone asking what is this awsome smell in my car. Last very long time. 👍🏻

Clean your car once a month?! I do that every weekend, when I see cars that have trash everywhere and are almost never cleaned out it makes me not want to sit In it.
Whenever I sit in anyone else’s car and I see a mess it makes me so annoyed, I wash my car every other month but I never allow it to become a dumpster LMAO

I get my professionally cleaned every 6 months, but I use to nice little trick to keep it clean: DON'T GET IT DIRTY in the first place.
I commute ~140+km everyday, so it isn't that it is not seeing any use. Just being a neat person (don't drink/eat in the car, don't get in with dirty shoes, be careful when packing groceries, don't leave wrappers or anything that could be considered rubbish in the car, etc.) goes a long way.
Simply, think of you car as an extension of you house/office. Would you stop around on grimmy dirty shoes or leave fast food containers liying about your home? Then don't do it in your vehicle.
And also add that you may want to change your cabin air filter lmao... perhaps one that is charcoal activated so that the incoming air has a fresher and more subtle smell. Also eliminates allergens, road particles, diminishes road kill smells, etc.
Best little tree air fresheners, “Watermelon” “Blackcherry Clove” and “Rose Thorn” I had almost every scent and those three are the best and last the longest and “Black ice” too but too many ppl use it, I like having a different scent

To me the best smelling car is a car that doesnt smell. Not a big fan of air fresheners, i prefer more subtle smells like the smell that gets stuck in your car from the perfume on your shirt typa thing.
i reccomend bath and body works car fresheners! i like the scent “watermelon lemonade” it smells like someone melted a watermelon jolly rancher in my car

Do a full interior detail. Or pay someone if you don't know how to. Get a new cabin air filter, that will help too.

Deep cleaning my carpets with oxiclean and stain remover makes it smell like a fresh room for months. i dont like air fresheners, they just mask issues. Also fogging your car is a terrible idea unless you plan to pay big money to replace all your roof fabric once it starts sagging and falling down :D
The BMW Natural Air kit with Sparkling Raindrops insert smells really good.

Yeah, I bought an f-150 probably 5 years ago from a guy and the smell was amazing. Was a musky woodsy smell and I have no idea what it was, but it smelled that way for about a year.

Buy a small bottle of your favorite cologne and just leave it in the door makes the car smell great and if you forget cologne it’ll always be in there

@@MrWhySoSeriousBruh I'm not sure yet. As soon as this goofy weather breaks, I'm going to change my cabin air filter in my car, adding a scented spray air freshener and see how long it lasts. Probably depends on what method you use to apply the air freshener and what scent you use. I'll update once I change my cabin air filter.
So far spray air fresheners haven't worked really well so I'm going to try oil scents.
