Another resource regarding therapy~ is to talk to your doctor you can always bring it up during any regular appointment i know again this isn't something everyone has access to (trust me this was me) but they should offer an inexpensive or free either social worker/ counselor or a therapist finishing their training for free also. Also don't be afraid to talk to the doctor period, you can't go as in depth but you can disclose your feelings at very least! Hope this helps ❤❤🌈🌈🌈
FREE therapy resource: Universities and colleges that have a grad school program (MA or PhD) for psychology or counseling degrees usually have a free clinic that anyone can go to. The grad students provide the services as part of a practicum class. You don't have to be a student at the university to receive the services (though if you're a college student, your school likely has a free counseling clinic for students already), you just call and get on their waitlist.

I used to love wearing makeup. Inspired by youtubers I owned a tonne of it. But I became very self concious and my anxiety took over and I stopped wearing it, only ever wearing it on a special occasion which was super rare. I really dislike myself and hate what I see in the mirror, but I've started to try and make an effort on my days off work. You've inspired me to wear makeup again. You're truly beautiful and I love your videos and I love how you do your makeup. So thank you for making me love make up again! And thank you for such regular uploads, I've loved having so many videos recently! Xxx

I have tried like almost all brow blade products available to danish market and they are all to warm or red in pigment. My friend got me the lime crime dirty blonde and it is the most perfect shade!!

Just want to say, anyone out there looking for therapy, but doesn't have insurance or think they can't afford it, if you go on psychology today you can filter therapists in your area to see if there are any sliding scale therapists and they usually will see you for very cheap!
I think it can be related to what make up means. For me personally is like a barrier. It helps express myself but also hide. Not especifically for shame. More like for protection. Like "you can not know how I am really feeling" Si it could be related in your own way maybe. Just saying.

My skin is sensitive to chemicals. Something in the wipes gives me a mild chemical burn
