Ever used the neutral grip on the strive incline press? Have looked at this piece but seems like due to the convergence and the neutral grips being straight instead of having a slight angle outward to them it would angle inward at the top. Seems like that would be uncomfortable on the wrist and shoulders.
I have not used neutral grip, because my old and sore shoulders are fine with this machine's normal grip. Have to try it in the future. Sadly there is gym lockdown at the moment.
How does the extreme lat row machine feels? The angle looks like it hits the upper back more. Wish they had like an option where you can adjust the lower part of the bench also and make the bench more flat to hit the lower lats also.
You are right. It hits upper lats and upper back more. Combi machines are rarely very good. It's better to have other machine for lower lats. Front puldown and pullover machines are my favorite for that.
