For those who don't really know balado let me tell you guys that this kind of end of fight was really very unusual in his carreer....he wasnt a hard puncher, actually he was a very ,very fast heavyweigh and based his victories on his fast moves and great defence...one of the best that i ever seen in my live...
Thanks to the victory over Balado, my brother Baranov Viktor Vasilyevich, the coach of Evgeny Belousov, received an honored coach of the USSR and the Russian Federation ... It was at the Goodwill Games in Seattle ... Balado is Floyd Mayweather in the heavyweight division
He died in an accident, he was going to train early in the morning and he didn't see that the train was coming while he was crossing the tracks. He died because of the event.
I think that if he (Balado) had decided to defect and turn pro that he would have been a very successful professional. He had professional moves and defensive skills along with hand and foot speed. He punched harder than most people thought too, but you often couldn't tell because he often boxed and moved.
@valery767: Balado could hit harder than people thought. When he planted his feet and let those fast hands fly, he could bang. RIP Senor Balado, you were one of the best.
Frank Piter he was dropped hard at the end of round 1 and didnt come out for the second. he spoke onit in a interview your broken hand story is made up
