Make-A-Wish and PopCap Games collaborated to grant his wish: Become an honorary Plants vs. Zombies Team Member at PopCap.
This warms my heart and puts a smile on my face. I feel so happy for him

Miles’ plant was actually added in the Chinese version after this video was made known as Rotten Red. But then got removed due to copyright issues, sadly. Miles definitely would've been happy if he actually saw his plant in a different PvZ 2 game. He was replaced with Dual Pistol Pinecone; the one plant with Red Stinger’s face. But aside from that, let’s be honest that this video definitely made my eyes tear up.
And Dual Pistol Pinecone is epic, and to begin with Rotten Red was never intended to be in PvZ2. In fact, Liam Robinson, Rotten Red’s animator, said that it was more fit for a Garden Warfare related project. I’m assuming Talkweb just ripped the animations from Liam Robinson’s videos showing the animations and didn’t really know that they’d get in trouble. I’m even surprised Liam uploaded Rotten Red’s animations, as he said that he finished ones for Icy Currant as well but couldn’t release them.

@@swagzz8883 It really is. And this isnt the first time a fanmade plant got into PvZ2 China, there is also Shadow Vanilla, who joined us way later on. They were the winner of a fanmade plant contest.

I'm a fan of PvZ since 2012 and I hope it happen to me. I love PopCap so much and if a zombie apocalypse happened, the zombies will have no chance to live I will create plants like in the game.

You know, I really love make a wish in general. I would also love if every little kid got to make one of their dreams true. Like I am 22 and just watching this is making me cry, seeing how he got so happy just like me when I grew up playing this game makes me wish every kid got this chance as well and hopefully we could also do it with elderly people to send them off with a blast.

When I was 8 years old this seemed like fun to watch, and just a few days ago and now being 14 years old I came across this video again and I found out the real reason for this, and the truth is that it saddens me to think that today the child may no longer be with us. But hey! he had a day that he will never forget, perhaps the best of his life;)
