It is clear as day that they are a couple and Jimin was very obviously claiming Joon as his significant other. Joon always treats Jimin differently than all of the other members, and gives him special attention because he is his love. I like how Jimin didn't care if everyone saw just how much he wanted himself some Joonie.
You can also noticed it from other interviews and interaction that Jimin love Namjoon's thighs. It's his obsession..well who can't resist Namhoons thigh tho...
Hopefully Korean society will soon be more excepting of their kind of relationship, so that they don't always have to hide everything and that they can openly show their love without worrying about people's reaction and the fallout that would happen if they were exposed.

There's something funny when I see this video, because I remember the first time I saw it on another channel with another narrative and perspective 🙊😆...which even now I'm still questioning for what purpose did Jimin want to make other people jealous of him? But with a new analysis for this video I can see it through a different light...Jimmin's intentions and desires. What still amazes me is at -9.08 why did Jimin do that? (looks back with a suspicious face 😅😂 before landing his hand on Joon's thigh?)
This is probably an unpopular opinion, but the minute you refer to I always perceived it as a muscle stretch and holding back a yawn. He turns back just to disguise the gesture, but as he does so he rests his hands on NJ's thigh because it is something he does comfortably.
