    Not an 1985.. The 85 had a propriety headset that needed its own tool to adjust

      Thank-you for the comment. If you are referring to the Raleigh Twenty no-hands headset, this bike does not have that headset rather has the standard 1” ISO headset. Possibly 1985 USA models had that headset?
