I really liked the two videos you made on removing the inside door panel and fixing the dropped regulator lifting part. Our 68 Coronet Hardtop windows are very hard to roll up. Is the problem worn components, or lack of lubrication? Would you consider doing a video with your 69 or a parts door showing how we would get our windows rolling up easier, or direct me to a site that details that? Thanks Erik.

You def want something between the glass and the slide. Also good practice to grease the slide anytime you’re in there.

Mine had a gasket between that metal piece and the glass. I cut my own out. Around 9 mil. Keeps it from grinding and being loose.
