OMG! I'm really thankful for this free tutorials. This is the first time i access your channel, It's amazing.....completely shocked. I'm a student and i have quite long time using solidworks, but i think this channel is a big gift for me...i need to practice right now. Thank u so much indeed.
Fun to watch, thanks. Being a nitpicker that I am, there are a couple things that I would have liked to see done. Simply reduce the thickness of the fork at the pointed end, for better penetrating as well as somewhat increasing dynamic balance when in use with food. And I am sure perfect 90-degree angles at the handle end would not be quite necessary and would require at least a very minute level of rounding in real terms. Also, I can feel pointer sharpness as it glides across my tongue, and the two inside pointers were only half filleted with one side being a perfect 90-angle. Thought it might increase penetrability of food, it can also contribute to discomfort in use. I must be crazy to even leave this comment...Have a good day lol
Thanks for your awesome comment!! You are true in what you wrote. And thanks that ur comment gives more details to views "which I missed". I would mention some points regarding this tutorial. In this tutorial I didn't go far in detailing, instead I showed the basics of modelling because: -I made the 10min. as an average duration of each tutorial (this 13min). - I believe that when it comes to detailing it would be hard to satisfy each viewpoint, so sometimes I leave the detailing to the person to add what is wanted! -For example, You mentioned viewpoints regarding the eaters' comforts (extra detailed, increased manufacturing cost, But eaters like it ) for others reduced details , manufacturing processes & cost is more important --- and so on -Nitpickers for me are awesome!
Good to see you active again. Your channel is quite useful for learning. I was trying to draw the model but the initial free hand sketch you displayed was a bit difficult to follow. Can you please add more dimension to it so that it can be copied easily to look more realistic to your's. Thanking you once again.
Hi, AutoCAD is sort of complicated. Sometimes there're so many obstacles to do a simple sketch: "1 was not parallel to the UCS, 0 objects joined, 1 object discarded from the operation, 1 was filtered out" ..... Sometimes I do nothing and it is all solved.....What year/ model of Solidwords is the best to fit your video classes?
now use a and remove those rough/sharp edges on that fork. other than that, great job. I'm more of an Inventor professional 2015 person than a Solid works person because its what my high school Engineering teacher prefers.
I have a question. My program did not give me any options to make a curve projection. I asked my teacher and he showed me that I could use split line instead (it still sucks that the other command does not work though).. does anybody know the difference between the two commands? great video btw!
hey brother can u solve a little problem of mine being a new user iam not able to resolve the issue smart dimension is not giving me option to input my required dimention for example if draw a circle off 200 mm ,i would draw a circle and with the smart dim i will input 200 to make to the size but its not taking me there , all it does gives the actual size of entity and thts it could u solve my issue thanks or anyone else who has a solution fo this pls do respond
Good question Youssef, Yes of course it can be manufactured. Actually this what SolidWorks all about, To draw, test on software before going to reality! I don't know how is the industry situation in your place if they have specialized stuff in sheet metals handling/ punching! So "sheet metal companies /metal punching machines owners! But FOR sure they will not make to u a sample of 1 piece due to the cost of the process!!
Nice to hear that a school project leads u here ! Hope all schools will be full of projects, because here they can find what are not showed at schools!
well, some prefare the slow tutorials.. and I have many fast tutorials and many commented it.. so Im trying mixing.. and some popular clips I will try to upload them 2 times( original & fast)...
ahaaa... now I understand,, thanks for the reply, but anyways, while watching tutorial, If I want to focus on any movement I just go back a few seconds and pause the video many times :) ,,, that's how it works with me... but with a slow video, I can't increase the playback speed in you tube, because I might miss any critical moment easily.. anyways, thanks for this tutorial, and thanks for the reply :)
I work with SolideWorks in my school but I want to do some own projects at home.
Your tutorial helps me much. Thanke you !
Look simple but not easy , we have to do it multiple times to get the skill. Thanks sir for sharing.

SolidWorks Tutorial ☺
Thanks for the answer
im only watching this because of my school project and it sucks
Nice to hear that a school project leads u here ! Hope all schools will be full of projects, because here they can find what are not showed at schools!
How do u do that fancy bit at the end when it makes it look all nice and kinda like more realistic
apply silver gloss appearance and render it!
how do you get the render, i am working on a version that the school gave me and it doesnt seem to have photoview 360
Informative, however there's no audio and the step selection is too fast..
thank :3
Автор точно до этого момента видел Солид хотя бы издалека?
very interesting, thanks )
U're welcome :)
What units are you using
Mm
I like the tutorial, but it was toooooo slow,, and with no sound,, I've snoozed many times while watching the video.
