One of the best rules for life for anyone. It seems like a cheap list at first, but most if not all rules follow the ones I have been learning myself throughout my 20's. I'm 30 now and I've never been this mentally stable and strong my entire life. Thanks for letting me see my growth during the hard times!

Watched the entire thing start to finish. Loved every rule. One I personally need to get back to is focus and concentration. in a world of distractions, we need to filter out the nonsense and direct our energy towards a vision.

It's important to find your heroes. I was interested in a flying career. I idolized the great men of Aviation. I read their books. I memorized their quotes. I expanded this concept to great men from history. Whether Julius Caesar or George Washington or Thomas Jefferson. Most of us aren't surrounded by great men to have as role models. So, find your heroes and learn from them. Oh, I'm still flying after forty years with a twenty year military flying career.

I started learning about money management, Investing, tax, even things like independent news (the ones the called covid out)
Whilst I've learnt a tonne, it's made me realise I'm only scratching the surface, but the things I've learnt will help my kids no end on getting to where I am now at a much early age!

It is amazing how this video is created and designed. Of course it's not a perfect video, and there's so many things I can appreciate from this single video. The great intention of a man delivering good messages to young men, concise and articulated speaking, real life examples of each number of the list, the way he managed to blend his sponsor into the video smoothly, and amazing visual effects that don't cause distraction.
It's one of most realistic and applicable self-improvement videos, I've ever watched. I don't want to boost my dopamine level too high, even before I actually start practicing those. However, I'm still excited to see how much I would be changed as a good man, after a year of practice from today. Thank you sir Mark, for making good videos, I believe your videos encourage people to change to improve themselves at their own will.
Hey Mark! I have been seeing your videos for some weeks now and thank you for producing such great content.
In this video, you said, "I personally don't listen to the news. It's highly negative and there isn't much I can do about world events.". I have had the same opinion for quite some time, but never saw it written anywhere, nor anyone saying it. I believe this is something I need to work on - to have more confidence in myself and my viewpoints; I might be wrong sometimes, but I'm highly adaptable, so I can learn from other people's feedback.
