The brow mapping Anastasia does is not what was taught in the '90s. I had already tweaked where I started plucking my "unibrow" a few years ago (my brows are now closer together), but her method for finding one's arch is totally new to me. I will try that with makeup and see how it goes. She is really great with brows!
I wouldn’t want to draw on eyebrows. I can’t imagine all that crap leaking down my face if it rains or if I sweat or if I go to the gym. I think fake eye eyebrows look so stupid. 🤡
Overplucked, incorrectly plucked, and non-existent eyebrows look much worse. I have patchy brows from alopecia that are still dark brown. I've always done my brows as an adult using powder and/or pencil and a brow gel, and I use products that stay put and look more natural since my thick, natural brows are probably never coming back. To each their own.
@@oceans.and.deserts well I’m sure your brows look better drawn in then not having them at all or having them be patchy. I just wouldn’t even bother with all of the work. I would hate to have to go through that process every single day and then have to take it off at night. And especially because I exercise I wouldn’t wanna have to go through all of that. Maybe I would get them tattooed on lol
@HH-gv8mx it's over 100F where I live, and I also exercise indoors. They seriously stay put because my brow liner is waterproof. I only need a few minutes to fill in my brows in the morning, and I just use a creamy cleanser to wash my face at night. It's no biggie. I wouldn't tattoo my brows, though. I think that looks harsh and fake, especially on mature faces, and you have to live with it if you don't like it because you can't do tattoo removal over hair. My former neighbor had only tattooed makeup in her 50s. It was too harsh, but she liked to wash and go. Well, like I said, to each their own.
@@oceans.and.deserts ok you've convinced me. What brand of eyebrow pencil do you use? I’ll have to try it and at the very least I can send a pencil to my mother who does use that.
