As a Mercy main , if you're complaining about heals then you're a bad Mercy. The 1st thing a support should learn is to survive and Mercy's mobility makes that super easy. 2nd her blue beam is her most powerful ability. On damand damage boost is insanely strong. 3rd if you think your team is not utilizing your blue beam, just switch bc at that point you're just a sub par heal bot (sub par bc your blue beams are useless). I recommend kiriko, a great support with one of the best ults
Mercy is renamed AC130 for a reason after all. Hard AF to hit if they use their movement techs but then you got the ones that will SJ right into LOS of hitscans and wonder why they're dying so much.

I just can't stand it when people yell "Can i get some healing" not knowing that Overwatch devs have put LIMITED healing capacity on each healer.
Some attacks, we supports can't even heal through. How am i supposed to heal through a triple bastion cannon?
People just assume that I always have heals available and that I don't ever have to reload and face a cooldown.
While on the other hand, DPS can run around like goofballs and risk their lives and their supports are supposed to follow them around and heal them.
