    enjoyed the presentation, and how you covered different examples of ways it can be shown. Maybe you could do a follow up as to how to find all the touch points and journey steps and feedback while in a workshop (or some research needed before)

    The journey with loops / branches makes sense, but how do you format the notes against each touchpoint - thinking, feeling etc (as this is easier to do in a table format)?

      Hello Richard - thank you so much for watching. Yes it can be easier to do in table format I agree, the loops and branches can work well when it’s done in a sort of mind map style. I think it’s about picking the ones that work best for you, also experimenting a bit. Hope that helps and apologies for the being slow coming back, I’ve only just spotted your question.
