Ken did the one damn thing that most protagonists seem to be allergic to. He got a wife and kids and is raising them like a semi proper family. Maybe a lot of extra combat training but in the world of street fighter I’d say he’s being a great dad

Ken may not have had a lot more plot importance then Ryu, but I do give the dude this: He did get married, had a son and an apprentice and is currently training his son. And at least hes doing something with his life unlike his best friend who's being a martial arts hobo. Also seeing his son mimic the motion for the Hadoken in SF5 was adorable. Could do without the creepy faces and some of the weird designs in 5 though but at least it gave us Laura........seriously those hands Capcom! Anyway fantastic job with the video and great way to start off the New Year Donte. Major props on the new design change though I had a feeling Conscience was going to bug you about his new design change lol. Still great job!

I favored Ken in the games because he's a more interesting fighter. He's not only faster, he strikes more times and has very useful variations to his version of Shoto Karate. They simply made him cooler. Honestly, they overpowered him with those flashier moves, which is why he was commonly removed from crossover titles and banned from use in many tournaments. I hear he was also banned from use in a lot of online play somehow.
