French composer Michel Legrand created RTL's 5 tones jingle in the 60s for Radio-Luxembourg (french RTL radio), and modernized versions are still used on french, belgium and luxemburgish RTL radios (ruclips.net/video/7V8CcNgKedw/видео.html). It was used for RTL4 and RTL5 news until the early 2000s.

My favourite version of RTL Aktuell was in the final years under Hans Meiser, when 7 vor 7 (the main newscast) rebranded to RTL Aktuell and moved from 18:53 hrs (hence 7 vor 7) to its current timeslot at 18:45 hrs.

It is return of this media group to Croatia - they formerly owned its main competitor Nova TV (now part of United Group). Good luck for finding a brand name for the station - this station has always been RTL.
