Thankyou for posting such an educational video. I used to have a teacher said to me to always use the support every time I sing.

Dear Mr. Michael, i watch your videos alot and they are truly wonderful as much as you are, thank you for your effort and passion put into your teachings. I get lot of the information a apply it in my overall classical practice. I only have one question if you wont mind. What are the sensations in the body when singing proper classical voice and tone? My former teacher told me operatic singing uses the whole body. I do eastern spiritual practice a lot, meditating and such things and I can truly enter depths of my mind and more. One of the answers was like your definiton of true mask, which changed my classical tone within seconds to the better. I even have it recorder for myself and there is a huge difference although there is lot of work it is going well. I shall definitely work on this with my new teacher next week, but may you please tell me about the "whole body" sensation? When I got the definiton of true mask from my subconcious, it truly changed my ways of singing and I am always finding nuances that I get better. Ibam just curous about what my ex teacher said.
    I am basso profundo
Thank you, be well my friend ;)

Dear Mr Trimble, thank you !!! I have a question: ( I am a begginer ) .....you said that the soft palate moves in front, forward . How can I feel it ? I were always thinking that the soft palate can go up or in sides ( or both), but how is it moving forward ? Thank you Maestro

Thank you so much for the lesson! I have a question. How could this ultimate closing the nose with the deep breath be in accordance with an old known saying that "there should be some sound in your nose, but there should be no nose in your sound"? Is that saying true?

Dear Mr. Trimble, thank you for your channel. I have a question: as you illustrated, it's easy to verify that the resonance is in the false mask by closing the nostrils with the fingers. But, is there any way to verify whether it's ABOVE (as desired) or BELOW the false mask? Those two feel very similar for a beginner, so I was wondering whether there's an objective way of knowing.

Hello Sir! So are exercises on NG or humming bad for technique?

What is your opinion on Gary Catona’s approach to only focus on vocal cords themselves, that they control the breathing instead of breathing controlling the cords, is it possible to achieve a free resonant tone by just building the vocal cord muscles? Thank you!
