I got 30k USD budget living in US should I get Crosstrek sport, Forester Premium, or Outback Premium? I will be using the car for opportunity to make some income such as deliver food, packages and some uber/lyft work as well.
I just bought a Crosstrek Limited, but I don’t have a family and will drive it recreationally. I think it depends on where you live. If you live in cramped urban areas like NYC or SF, Crosstrek seems fine. But since you’re also delivering food (assuming you’re also doing grocery delivery) and packages and Uber/lyft, space seems crucial so not sure if Crosstrek will suffice. Forester Premium might be the best of both worlds in terms of size, price, and mpg. ( tho Crosstrek Sport has somewhat better amenities like bigger screen and syntex etc.). I personally don’t like Outback because it’s just too big and more expensive. Overall, with your situation and budget, I would say Forester Premium. You will be driving it more for work, so Forester Premium seems to be most suitable. Good luck on your buying process 👍🏼
Former Subaru Impreza owner here. In North America, Subaru Crosstrek (i.e. XV but with a proper name) comes in manual transmission. Subaru HK (or its authorized dealer) should import and sell the manual transmission model (with sunroof, LED lights etc., and upgraded LCD display)...CVT sucks...CVT really sucks. Eye-sight is useless and no one cares!

subaru 良心公司,做開航空太空工程,你話好快唔敢講,但佢個CVT(鏈條式非帶)竟然係劈得,唔好睇小,AUDI都武唔掂,因為SUBARU前後左右都要做到對稱式所以佢既波箱只可以自己研發,但成本同法規問題冇法開發AT波箱,比起 某T牌富貴車廠依個年代竟然仲係只兩氣袋呃人錢頭驅扮四驅車頂入水, 依加SUBARU廿萬有找安全穩妥你話良唔良心

香港人好幸福，20萬港幣一架有找都買到👍，真係買間廠嘅技術都值回票價。在英國，1.6汽油版都要2萬6-7英鎊，2.0汽油版（混能），賣過3萬英鎊一架。
