Yes, practicing daily will build skill and fitness. If you have trouble staying motivated, try setting yourself a goal of practicing for just 10 minutes a day on the days that you don't want to move. 💪
@@mrriqqman he's actually played the table baladi for years, but I haven't posted any videos! When our sons were in the band, they each played a tabla baladi (davul in Turkish) and Bob played the mizmar. I'll post a video. Thanks for being in touch. ❤️
