      Sorry, I missed your comment about the bass, Thanks, I like the sound too! It's a bit of a hybrid bass. The neck is an ESP dating back to the early 90's (i think) and the body is Fender. Most would have put a Fender decal on the headstock, but I'm not at all vain about instruments. If they feel and sound good, that does me!

      Thanks Bryan. The bass is a hybrid. It’s an ESP Jazz Bass neck on a Fender body. It’s fitted with EMG pickups and a Badass bridge.

    What do you think about short scale basses; how they sound and are they necessary?

      I like them and use one in some of my videos. I wouldn’t say they are necessary, but they offer a different type of playability and can deliver a broad range of alternative sounds.
