- First day pretty much ever on a dry hard pack sx track...just happens to be one of the kawi test tracks out here in California under the watchful eye of the king and a few other heavy hitters. Enjoy. #LSD not a vlog.

Wow Bernard, I grew up in SoCal, racing MX since I was 5 on a Honda Elsinor 50, started mountain biking in my late teens. What you did there, in this video was so freaking good. So many do not realize the size of tha triple you hit, let alone the "double" which is a double in name only. Very impressive, not many would be able to hit a SX track for a day and survice the rythms let along send the big gaps. The whoops will come, you have the king to show you the way (speed). Seriously, this whole video is so impressive.

I'm opposite and I just watched a mountain biker lol but I love Moto, and what's more Crazy is I'm on Vacation right now, I'm from Minnesota But currently in California and I stumbled on this video randomly and I got coffee this Morning at that Exact Coffee shop, East in Temecula Pretty Random but cool to me lol

Blown away this is under 100k views. One of the more interesting youtube series on MX/SX racing/progression. Suppose it was just too early in the channels life or whatever. If you're about to hit 100k subs this series deserves 100k lol. Wish this could be revisited. Maybe one day.
The chicken runs at the jumps , I remember those days . What a great feeling when you pull the trigger and make it for the first time . You can get the bike turned around fast enough to jump it again . Good job !!

From what ive seen he is going to race A1 but there is no way you can qualify against people who have been riding since they were kids imo.. would be awesome though

@@Aljonone1 Does he have his AMA license already? Has he raced any of the Pro/Am's this year. I'm sure he'd want to compete on a local level first, get his feet wet. Racing in AMA SX is a ways off for him which i'm sure Kerr knows. I don't see why he couldn't work his way towards racing and give qualifying a shot...He is a madman on a DH bike there's no doubt.
so whats the background story to all this? Kerr is a downhill rider and hes just having fun in states on dirtbikes? Whats the story with him on a #2 bike?

@@premix3663 Let me help. That is McGrath's bike and through the connection of Maxxis, they loaned Bernard the bike to try and qualify for the A1 night show. From this video, he made a lot of progress in one day but does not have the speed to make it unfortunately.

Haha man credit where credit is due, shits hard. Try not landing the triple with the clutch in and in the whoops, try stay stronger and more central, don’t move backwards and forwards, come into them and little quicker and when the suspension compress’ on the starter whoop, use it to pop up onto them and keep the throttle consistent and stay strong.
