I think what holds alot of people down fr. making a big move like that, is ownership. I believe that the less you own, the easier it would be to "get up & go!" lol

I feel you. I feel the same here. We're inmates with some trust of the government to go out. It's crazy that sometime you dnt know the date or the day you're in.

I agree with your move! We will never own property in the US. You can have your deeds in hand totally paid off and just miss a tax payment and see what happen!
Genard Toney you right, is like you never will own anything, you still have to pay taxes from the rest of your life.
It's such a system here in the USA , I can only talk about what I know , I don't know about any other country but think about it, working Mon-Fri to pay bills to wait until vacation hours accumulate to take some days off to charge your credit cards to "go on vacation " aka loading on more debt to come back and work hard to try to pay it off, like buying a house here you are hold down to 30 years to pay off , then you get afraid to change your jobs to have that "security income" to pay off that debt, I have seen how this system makes you a slave of money , like you are working to exist, I spend 7 years in a retail job and by the year I left I was making less than when I started why? Because they give a cheap beggar raise of cents per hour every year then cut your hours to 32 per week with the excuse that is also full time, everyone I worked with had two jobs just to be able to live in this world.... it makes you think, there has to be a better way, searching brought me to this video....

I left Las Vegas November 1st 20😎18 to Puerto Plata I sold everything I owned I had brand new vehicles Dodge Hellcat brand new Dodge truck brand new furniture I sold everything I owned Electronics TVs flat screen TVs home entertainment systems everything to move to the Beautiful Life of the Dominican Republic I don't have to worry about police helicopters flying over my house I don't have to worry about gunshots or screeching cars for drag racing I don't have to worry about getting shot at a school or church or shopping mall I love this beautiful country and I love the people I don't have to worry about losing my life because somebody cuts me off in traffic here they just smile and wave at you in the United States there pull out a gun or baseball bat all because of road rage this is such a beautiful country to see beautiful people that are same color that I am they just speak a different language than I do I am debt-free stress-free living my best life ever here in the Dominican Republic and yes I found me a dime of a woman here in the Dominican Republic there's a career woman and guys let me tell you they have some great Dominican women that do not want you for your money but Dominican guys don't treat the Dominican women right because they have babies on them they abused them and they cheat them and they're looking for good guys with good Hearts to love them do you understand they're looking for guys to love them! Yes they have the gold diggers here just like they have in America or any other impoverished Nation order like in America black women are diseased they're mentally diseased I'm not saying all I'm saying the majority that I've been in contact with need help because they're greedy they want a man to bring a lot to the table yet they don't bring nothing to the table but drama and attitude I am the table! Get your passports come here guys and you too can live like a real King on Earth I am living the American dream here and beautiful Puerto Plata Dominican Republic and a 8000 square foot house and I only pay $900 a month for everything and I mean everything utilities cable landscaper $900 a month you can't beat that I don't care what you say you cannot beat that in United States where it's $50 to one US dollar that ain't bad living folks!

My house there is more than 50% complete. My wife designed it. I'm selling my house here this year and finishing the remaining portion in DR before Christmas. Can hardly wait...
How much it cost you to build? And how many beds?
@@nesq4104 Will cost around 70k. Three BRs, three baths, theater room/wet bar, laundry room, front/back/roof patios. Around 3000 sq ft.

Don't know where you lived, but it is not necessary to owe money on anything. You need to learn patience and that you don't have to keep up with the jone`es. I lived my life in South Dakota and it was great. I don't owe anyone anything. I do have to pay utilities, Groceries, taxes,etc. Since I retired I have went to several different countries. Dominican Republic twice. I now plan to move to the Dominican Republic. (A woman, of course). But I love it there. Plus everything is cheaper and most of the people I met are very friendly, if not trustworthy.

I think a lot of people are held back because of family obligations or lack or resources. I think you need at least 2,000 per month in a defined pension or some other passive income? Please correct of I am wrong. I don't think they have an real estate investment like Mexico (You spend 200K on a home and you get your residency status). I have spent a lot of time in the DR and it is beautiful country and not expensive compared to the west. I have friends that are nurses, engineers, etc and they only make from 300-500 per month but are happy. So a married DR couple making 1000 USD per month can have their needs met. Try that in the USA. Great video. How did you get residency?

True but i'd rather rent down there bcos if a woman lives with u 6 months u can't kick her out if u'hve problems with her so u'll have to pay her to leave the house.If u rent u can just tell landlord to put her out or u just find another place to rent.

Dudes is moving there for cheap beautiful women. Point blank, If DR did not have hot girls nobody would be moving there unless you are a born Dominican coming back home. Cheap women is 90% why you guys moving there, 5% the beach,and 5% very cheap living expenses on American dollars.And most these guys moving there can't keep or get a hot girl in America.
