@Snufflegrunt the CoS doesn't hold the rights to The Satanic Bible. So, they can't send any C&D letters, nor can they decide to do an audiobook version. Those rights are held by Harper Collins Publishing and LaVey's children. CoS members have been trying to get them to allow more editions, with the 2016 combined Hardback edition being the latest. However, H.C have not responded to any further attempts. Also, a Church of Satan Priest (now Magister) did a 3-part series of him reading The Satanic Bible and giving commentry. It's by far the best audio version.
