This isn't just a book to me. I mean some people will say it's pathetic to get attached to books but I can't help it. These people are fictional but they are real to me. In this story we watch them go through their ups and downs and it's amazing. Sometimes when I am getting emotional over books people say "it's not real" that guts me. It's just maybe I'd rather be fictional than live in the world we live in now, a world of money and poverty. A world where society judges us with every choice we make. Divergent gives me hope. Hope to be yourself, hope to find yourself. It's not just a FREAKING story. Many people won't understand what it means to me and many other readers. Many people stopped liking this book series because of something that happened in the books, but think about this "maybe it's not about the ending, but about the story."
You're amazing. You just said everything I've wanted say to people but I've never had the guts ~_~ I'm judged because I take things a lot more seriously than everyone else.. People think it's "just a book" but no.. It's a story. It's a fictional story that teaches a lesson. BE YOURSELF. This book and movie is probably the best out of a lot. The allegiant movie was supposed to be split into two movies and they were gonna call the last one Ascendent but they didn't make the last movie because the hunger games came out and was a big hit so they thought there was no point in making the last movie, besides, none of the actors wanted to do the movie. But I think tris was supposed to die in Ascendent.

So I figure skate. This year I am doing my first solo for a competition. My coach cut the music perfectly. The choreography is amazing. I am skating to this song. I might wear a black figure skating dress to represent her in dauntless. I will start standing still like she is about to jump off that ledge into the dauntless compound and end in almost the exact same spot in the exact same way to make it like she is thinking about what her new life will be like. My routine is her imagination as a dauntless. That's not what my coach had in mind of what it is like, and I haven't told her that's what I feel it's like, but that's what I feel it's like. I'm not looking for likes. I'm just saying what I am doing for this song. (BTW I'm Divergent )

Short of money to produce the last movie, and the main casts refused to be starred cause the production team decided to make it into a tv series not a movie, which is not okay for both actors or actresses and the fans , none of us liked the idea back then.
Shailene and theo refused too so.. no can do ┐(´ー｀)┌
I wish they've made it too, but I think the main reason was that the 2nd and 3rd movie weren't as successful as the first one and I kinda agree... I mean, I'm a HUGE fan of the series, both books and movies, but I really hated the fact that the last movies were substantially different from the books, they really changed the main argument in Insurgent!

I just finished my second re-read of the first Divergent book, I felt exactly like the first time I read it, everytime I visit the story, my love for the characters, the plot and everything that happened in the saga grows even more, I love everything about this story, flaws and all. The nostalgia that the divergent series makes me feel is unmatched, I'll never forget how much it has helped me throughout my life and I hope it will be remembered in the future. Thank you again, Veronica Roth, for writing this story, thank you, Ellie Goulding for having the perfect soundtrack to remember Tris, Four and all of their friends, and thank you, Shailene Woodley and Theo James for bringing them to life like no one else could've done it.
