I booked the Alt Extended Balcony Room on the same ship, but after seeing your video, I quickly changed to the Cove Balcony Room. It's close to the ocean and I can hear the sound of the waves, so I think it's a very nice room. I'm very grateful for your wonderful video. Thank you so much.

Booked for this cabin type in November. Looks beautiful. Thank you for addressing the ocean sounds. I wasn't sure if we'd be able to hear the ocean inside the cabin. Sounds so peaceful to have the sound of the ocean to help put us to sleep. Thanks for the review!
I just booked a room next to this one! I was worried about how the life boats would be in the way of the balcony or something but this calmed me down for sure lol thanks for the video!
This is our exact room that we have booked for our cruise in January 2025! Thank you for the video and details. We are sooo excited! How was the bed? Was it comfortable. Ive heard ppl complain about the bed.
That is so exciting! To me the bed is a little hard. I like a softer bed. So, what I do is fold up the extra comforter and slide it under the sheet to give a little extra cushion to the mattress.
Thanks so much for posting. I booked this room prior to the inaugural sailing but not going until February 2025. Was wondering what the room might look like. When you got to your door, I was so happy to see it was the same room I booked. The only thing I'm curious about now is if there is noise from the 3rd deck over this cabin?
Oh yay! You will love this room. Nope, I didn’t hear any noise from above. I feel like the life boats right above us block out the noise from the upper decks. Sometimes you might hear your neighbors on either side,but that was all we heard. Mostly the ocean sound is all you hear. It is so nice!
just upgraded to a cove on this ship for sept..wanted a regular balcony room when i had booked but i made a mistake and they wanted full price for me to upgrade to another room.. then they offered me a cove for 300. had to take it.
oh wow, full price to upgrade. Well, I enjoyed the cove balcony. Didn't think I would but I loved the sound of the Ocean being so close. I hope you enjoy it as well. Happy cruising.

No we were to the side of it. We weren’t directly under the main area. I didn’t hear any sounds in our room. It was actually one of the quietest rooms I’ve had.

Thank you, I am glad this help you. Yea, I have stayed in rooms where the lifeboats obstructed my view, but it wasn't really an issue here.

Thanks for the room tour!! Was your cabin under the galley? Did you hear a lot of noise from deck 3 during the day/night?

No, but you can remove the back cochins and it's big enough for a person to sleep on.

Yes they are magnetic and so are the inside walls. I used my magnetic hooks to hang my door banner.
