i truly love and appreciate this sheikh soo much wallahi as a young teenage girl growing up in the west cos he always talks about the most current issues at hand relating both to the youth and elders in such a beautiful manner may allah truly bless him and preserve him for us always ameen.💖 its sad to see how common these issues are both in my somali community and the ummah at large may allah guide us all to correct and fix our shortcomings and the errors of our ways ameen.

May Allah forgive us all I’m reading Douglas Murray’s book “The Strange Death of Europe” and he makes very interesting points why migrants and refugees come to Europe. Many times is because of “free benefits” such as healthcare, unemployment assistance etc etc. Unfortunately many who take these “free benefits” are Muslims 🤦🏾♂️. Yes I know Douglas Murray hates Islam and has said disgusting things about it but the facts are the facts, we need to represent Islam better instead of cheating *and sometimes begging astagfirullah* the western governments so they give you those benefits
We should avoid saying anything that would be displeasing to Allah. Music is already haram because of the instruments in it, so a musician who also makes foul lyrics in their songs is only further adding to their sins.

I don't think I've ever heard this issue of lying to the government/fraud addressed like this. Much needed. May Allah allow us to follow good.

It’s not a lecture my dear. It’s a Jummuah khutubah. Meaning ( Friday summon) All Imaams have to sit in between it, it’s a sunnah of our Prophet SAW.
