    No way they will even come close to 8-10 million in 20-23 years lol. Dave has lost it.

      Yeah... $50k invested at 44 isn't much, and she knows that. Dave doesn't want to admit his investing plan isn't that good if you start late.
      If they already had a paid for million-dollar home, made $130k for the next 23 years, and invested 40% of their income at a 12% rate of return, that gives them $8 million net worth. Crazy assumptions considering he's starting over in his career pretty much.

      He said as a PT salary. Now if he keeps this path $100k salary it would be like $1.5M at 65
