I forgot to mention to you bro they use a different character for the (痛) ita part they used in(痛車) Itasha, means the word "pain" . So it's quite different to the Italian cars. Idk I'm not that good at explaining so just check noriyaki's guy Itasha video.

IIRC ; Well, its the copyright matter of "private use". You may for example print a copyrighted picture on a t-shirt for yourself, as long as you dont hire a service to do it for you but literally DIY. It's kinda like saving a picture you found online, or recording a radio recording or tv show. Soo, the Itashas are legal to make and use, but companys are not allowed to create them and then sell them for profit without the IP holders consent... which isnt very likely to happen, considering the itasha community isnt that big and mainly consist of people who love doing their custom jobs themselves.
