As a Trini you never know such vacation beauty until you touch down in Barbados. Been there once. I call it a postcard! Absolutely beautiful beaches...you do see hints of Trini owned businesses Massy FCB etc
It's bittersweet though as things there are very expensive only then you realize we Trinis be complaining for nothing. Also we see what clean & pristine beaches are supposed to be. (minus Tobago) Bajan Macaroni Pie is bess I admit. Still love my Trini & Bago after a couple days I missed TT. Tobago has that untouched natural feel like nowhere else.

Nice one Allan, you shocked me there in a nice and positive way. All the way in Barbados. You decided to take a break from T&T and fly over to Barbados to eat some Flying Fish😆😆. Well, eat as much Peas & Rice cause Bajans love their Peas & Rice, and Their Flying Fish🐟🦈😄.
I visited Barbados about 2-3 times in the 80's, once in the 90's. I know all about eating Barbado Flying Fish, Fried. I never fancied their Peas & Rice. And oh, I love 🌝Barbados beaches🏖️🏝️.

Yes Paynes Bay was one of my favourite beaches in Barbados when i was at UWI Cave hill many years ago...but in those days, there was no trees or place to get some shade from the sun, and there were no umbrellas or chairs to rent.
I would love to see you do an island tour series one day for your channel! That would be sick

Hi Guys! Tobago has been my home from home for many of my holidays from here in Sweden through the years but on my last trip about eight years ago I noticed Tobago was not as safe as in my earlier trips so I am looking for possible alternatives in case I feel that It is too hostile next time I travel there which will probably be this winter! Barbados seems to be so far spared the negative sides of the Caribbean drug trade, so I might play it safe and take my first trip to what seems to be a beautiful island. I presume that equivalent accommodation to Tobago is more expensive but what about eating out or grocery shopping? 👍🏾🙏🏾 🇬🇧🇸🇪🇹🇹
