Building a stone staircase｜Full of smoke and delicious pineapple and egg fried rice｜建造石梯，鳳梨蛋炒飯

In order to avoid stepping on the mud on rainy days and to be safer, I decided to build a stone staircase. With the help of my family, those heavy stones were able to return to their rightful place. Climbing up the stone stairs made me feel the strength of perseverance. Strength and fulfillment.
The weather is slowly getting warmer, and the season for eating pineapples has arrived. I want to eat something appetizing after the busy work, and I thought of pineapple and egg fried rice.
Pineapple fried rice is a delicacy in Southeast Asia. The sweet and sour taste of pineapple complements the salty and fresh taste of fried rice. The rice has clear grains and full texture. With the addition of ham, peas and other ingredients, it is full of color, fragrance and endless aftertaste.
為了下雨天不用踩淤泥，更為了安全，決定搭建一條石梯，有家人的幫忙，那些很重的石頭才得以回到該回的地方，沿著石頭階梯拾級而上，讓我感受到堅持的力量與成就感。
天氣慢慢熱了起來，吃鳳梨的季節也到了，忙碌結束後想吃些開胃的，想到了鳳梨蛋炒飯。
鳳梨炒飯是東南亞地區的美食，鳳梨的酸甜口感與炒飯的鹹鮮味道相得益彰，米飯粒粒分明，口感十足，加上火腿，豌豆等配料，色香味俱全，令人回味無窮。
