I have both the ANTI and Lion, first off the bandwidth and compression on youtube cannot really demonstrate the depth and chug of most high gains amps or pedals. Been my experience these puppies are better than you think, be prepared to look into the PC editor for firmware update and the app to adjust the internal params. You can find your ultimate amp tones in here and you can also feel and tell these are not really pedals, the amp thing comes through. I do believe the Lion has a better clean than the Dream and as weird as it might be the ANTI quite possibly has a better clean than the Lion. The uber high gains are all just outstanding and you can find your djent chug beast in here. Oh yeah, F a bunch of JOYO crap! What an insult to the genius component modeling in these pedals! I have tried and let go a bunch of modeler units. These are on another level. Welcome to the mid 21st century. Hard to say what's next, Rectifier maybe but we seem to be stuck in the same old amp thing using state of the art technology to duplicate 50yr old tech, seems illogical. But what do you do, I feel we are forever trapped in the original amps of 50yrs ago. Sure the 5150 stuff is "modern" but it is all just modified Marshall. The ANTI's component modeling offers mods like that massive cathode cap you can't do in the amp so in many ways it does the amp in ranges beyond what the amp can do. Some of the Diezel, and stuff does not have a good clean and you know the UAFX will so you get the amp but so much more. Best sounding and feel of a modeler without the telltale of most modelers. Yeah Tore was a tc guy, UAFX is leading the pack bravo genius design! Learn the pedal params boys and girls these will do what you want just tweak them in.
3:05 tone sounds good here man! I like that sort of dissonant riffage too.
These would be great for a headphone setup if they had the option for external line input (Aux) for backing tracks.

I think its more to do with the guitar player here. Tore is an amazing pedal designer and has all my respect but I don’t think his playing did justice to the pedal unfortunately.
I think this pedal does the job. Just dissapointed,no MIDI. To be able to use presets with a MIDI would make this pedal way more useful. Don't get it?
I put a hotone multy effect board threw a line aray and sounds terrible. But great threw the valve amp. Anyone with ideas please
Check and see if there are different output options. It might be set for amps but you want headphone or direct out. That makes a big difference with the Boss GT-100, so hopefully Hotone has similar options. Good luck!
I think the problem here is the IRs. With 5150 being overly hairy sounding amp, You should have the ability to edit IR fx block and use hi cut above 5 kHz.
That didn't sound good. I have to imagine the pedal sounds better than that in person. UA know tlhow to make great sounding pedals, but that sounded small and transistory, almost buzzy.

seems like every youtube guitar channel always tries to push some new wonder petal all at the same time! . At least this dude doesn't always play the same chord progression or the same sweep lick in every video like some people. Having to sit through their playing before getting to the specifics is painful!

It sounds like it has an excess of odd-order harmonics compared to the real thing. Sounds flat, unpleasant and harsh.
