Either stick with the Maker's theme and find the cellar aged, or go old school with an MGP that was lights out; Belle Meade; the older bottle that had 'cask strength' on it. 116 proof, fantastic juice.

Some of the new Rebel 10's and even the old Rebel Yell bottles got up to 14 years going by the bottle dates which could be why it was so oaky. Just saying.
