    😱...... I love this one, I can'r decide between the turkish ney and the dizi flute

      I know it's been a year, so sorry, but follow what your heart wants most. If you're more open to creativity though, go for ney, which can play around 3 octaves. Dizi unfortunately has less notes, meaning most professionals have various instruments with them. But the dizi has quite an interesting timbre. Again, follow what your heart says!

      @@yasin_58_ Yeah.. true..I would say that Byzantine culture probably remained consistent during Ottoman times as well..each Empire and culture building on the other...It's hard to know how different they were culturally - other than what time does after many centuries of evolving...
