19 When and why should we use quantitative risk analysis?

Hi, i missed heard the words from Dr David at minutes 2.18. Is it cause setting analysis?. Your reply might help me better understanding. Thank you.

Thanks for checking on this Mohammed. Here is the text of the section that you misheard:
"So quantitative analysis is very powerful. It does require that extra effort and extra expertise and specialist tools, but in certain circumstances, where there is a high complexity, high potential impact or high strategic importance, then I think it’s worth investigating it and using it. And we should have access to skilled resources who are able to perform some of these specialised techniques."
