The implication that Markus, one fine afternoon while playing with the next door neighbor boy, out of boredom and curiosity, gave his command-following toy robot - or so he thinks of his father's high-priced widget - the simple directive to "Kill Zed Hoggerty", not knowing if Grunch would follow through, but on some level knowing he would, yet completely lacking any way of dealing with the consequences of his actions, gets funnier to me every single time I think about it.
Im pretty sure minkus is hiding out of father's site for the most part, from what it sounds like minkus pops out of hiding to command grunch until father stops him.
I kept thinking about this, it could be that Minkus isn't merely a figment of his imagination but a manifestation of his imagination. I realized that minkus usually doesn't make a sound and just appears beside marcus while you can always hear Marcus' Footsteps and opening of doors.
I had this theory that Minkus didnt exists, he was the evil side of Markus and maybe this was the reason "father" never acknowledges him at any point... He also wants Markus to become like him, he wants to transform Markus into Minkus and he succeds at the end... but he also kisses the robot, so there goes my theory.
Not to mention father grabs him at the confrontation. You can hear a door open as he says "Grunch kill father" before he's grabbed. Also Markus speaks while father is holding his hand over Minkus' mouth
all your voice acting is masterful, no matter how odd. and the sound design is so precise and detailed. really helps bring the whole thing to life. even without the sketch of these characters I can imagine every second of their movements and expressions. all these audio shows you do are severely underrated and underappreciated, they really let the imagination run wild. I hope you know at least some people recognize your talent. and I know you'll probably never read this but I'm going to write this regardless. And im not sure if it was what you were foing for but everything about this feels very genuinely like some 90s cartoons. Like Ren and Stimpy, Dexter's lab. The medieval instrument, the pacing. So well done, If someone told me this was a lost pilot of a nickelodeon cartoon from back in the day, I'd buy it. really good shit man

My favorite part is the grandfather clock chime, my parents used to have a windable weight clock that they used to constantly have ticking and would go off every hour or so making a spaced out dong every hour.
