    Found it. It's that I'm worthless and that other people matter more than myself. Thanks, very cool.

      AMAZING!!!! Next question, why do others matter more than you? What makes their value better than yours? Who said that they are better than you? What do you use to "measure" their value? Ask your HEART, while meditating, what is my value? It should be a felt feeling whilst getting the answer. If you hear negative answers, it's your head interfering.
      You are doing awesome! Kim :))

    Thanks for your explanation!
    I'm really struggling with getting a core belief because based on the training, we were taught to use the word 'now'. "When you remember this memory, how does it make you feel about yourself now" which I am finding clients are really struggling with. But your method seems so much easier for clients to understand.

      HI MegaRawrnStuff, thank you, I appreciate your comment. Over a decade ago, I struggled with my own mind. I felt like a failure even though the though wasn't realistic in my current life. When I began my inner journey, I soon realised the influence of my deep negative beliefs on my being.
      The struggle is that we "identify" with the negative core belief. In my experience, deep beliefs are active in the subconscious mind. Unfortunately, the conscious mind isn't aware that subconscious mind is the BOSS. It tries to run away from it all the time, and that is the problem! In my experience, clients are not happy about identifying with a negative core belief but it is familiar to them because they have been feeling it for a very long time. NOW, they must learn to understand it and that helps diminish their anxiety (and defence mechanisms). When you understand something, you fear it less. It allows you to observe it more (negative thoughts, negative emotions, negative behaviours, etc.). You begin to identify and understand OLD perspectives and TRANSFORM them.
      People should also understand that the above process is a journey. It's learning about yourself, discovering old pain that is influencing your life NOW and taking gently steps to transform them.
      Keep doing well! Kim

    I'm 30 years old and I'm so scared of getting old. I feel like from now on I'm gonna be worthless and less confident. I'm not totally okay with that reality. Actually sometimes it fades away. But when it comes, it really makes me feel sad and anxious. Most of my friends are younger than me. Even the time when I feel so beautiful, my brain reminds me that it is temporary.. Feeling so sad 😞

    • @KimCrosbie_01
      @KimCrosbie_01  2 года назад +3

      Hi Chakarova, I'm sorry you are struggling with these negative thoughts. Please understand that our head behaves like a program and distorts our perceptions. May I ask a few questions? Why would you be worthless if you are old? What happens to us when we are old? What would the world think of you if you are old? If I'm worthless, what happens to my life? What does society think of ageing and do I believe these statements? Are society's beliefs about ageing "truths"?Challenging our negative thoughts is key to understanding them. These questions may help begin unravelling your core belief. Your fear of ageing is because of past experiences which distorted your perceptions. Keep asking yourself questions! Your mind is not your boss! Keep doing well! Kim

    • @KimCrosbie_01
      @KimCrosbie_01  2 года назад +5

      Hi Free Spirit, ask yourself this question: If people did think I was bad, it would make me feel like I'm...(what?). Why am I bad? What thoughts or memories come up? Who said I was bad? It doesn't mean you are bad, but your brain has a program saying you are bad. Keep asking yourself questions to know more about YOU.

    Thought about a moment when I went to the doctor (maybe I was 8-9) and my mom called my dad and told him that the doctor said I was Obese. When my dad got on the phone with me he used a very ugly tone and even the way he said "Obese like you're a Beast" made me feel so disgusting. One of my core beliefs is I am gross, disgusting and ugly. That was my first experience (among many with my parents) where I was called fat and got in trouble for being overweight.

    • @KimCrosbie_01
      @KimCrosbie_01  3 года назад +4

      Dear Baleshia, well done! That is exactly how to search for a negative core belief. The next question is: When you feel disgusting, gross or ugly, how does that make you FEEL? It makes me feel like I'm...(your answer). If this answer occurs often or repeats itself in certain moments, then you found your core belief. That belief then influences your perceptions in your daily life. When you identify or feel your negative belief (especially during a trigger moment), tell yourself, "maybe this belief isn't true". If you need help, I do zoom sessions. Keep doing well!!! Kim

    The past life thing I found interesting, maybe parallel lives is still only a theory but also it made me think of epigenetic memory and how this could be a tool that literally changes your genes

    • @KimCrosbie_01
      @KimCrosbie_01  2 года назад

      The reason I look at past lives is to observe your thinking pattern. Some people have no real trauma in their current life but feel very depressed, therefore, going to a pst life helps find answers to their issues. It's easier to "look" at another life and be objective than observing your own life.
      When you understand and heal from within, it changes your body chemistry. I've had many clients heal their bodies by changing their perspective. We are more powerful than we think.

      Hi Tina, my next question to you is; why won't they like you? If they didn't like you, how would that make you feel? Like I'm...? Why wouldn't they like you? Have people in the past not liked you? These questions help find the deeper thoughts and feelings in your subconscious.
      Loving yourself is the most important thing regardless of others opinions. Don't forget everybody is in pain and reacting according to their own beliefs. Keep doing well!

      Hi Ecsenity, A tip about the core belief. Think of triggers as opportunities. Every time you feel a negative emotion, this is the perfect time to FEEL the emotion and ask yourself: "this feeling makes me feel like I'm..."
      The negative core belief is usually one sentence but it causes many other negative sentences in our head such as I'm not good enough. If I ask you what makes you not good enough? It's because I'm...???
      Keep doing well!!! You are getting there.

    I feel unworthy most of the time, i had lots of learning problems growing up so I was always the stupid kid, they bullied me, didn’t won’t to listen to me, i was unimportant for everyone in my life. In most situations where people were making fun at me I was ashamed but it made me feel so much resentment against people. I just hated most people so created imaginary friends and I loved animals. So how can I get rid of it?

    • @KimCrosbie_01
      @KimCrosbie_01  Год назад

      Hi Ali, if you feel like an outsider, do you feel like you don't belong? Or is it the pressure of society?
      If you feel like an outsider, you are projecting that thought via you're subconscious. Energy is everywhere and it has no boundaries.
      You BELONG everywhere! You are an important part of this world no matter where you live. It's a negative core belief reinforcing your negative thinking and negative emotions. I'm sure when triggered you feel like you want to go home to your own country.
      You negative core belief isn't true!!!! It's a programming from you brain and past experiences.
      Try and meditate to calm your mind. Maybe do breathing exercise to relax your nervous system.
      You are not your thoughts, you are so much more! Keep doing well!

      @@Ignitio-qm7rv Yes! Through the years I've discovered that each individual has ONE negative core belief that fuels multitudes of other negative sentences within our subconscious. Like a cancer. I navigate people within and allow them to discover which belief it is. Afterwards, we discover the story of the belief. For example, you watch the 3rd God Father movie but haven't seen the others. You sort of understand the story line but not the whole picture. You need to see the other God Father movies to really UNDERSTAND the whole picture, all the characters, the theme, etc.
      When you find your "negative core belief", you can begin understanding your story, you can heal certain aspects of yourself and also make different choices about your beliefs. That changes your life!
