Hi there Joel and sweet Li ❤️🙏. What a beautiful meal you had. Brothy noodles are one of my favourite meals. I always have extra broth! We had a beautiful noodle dish for dinner on Monday with pak Choy, bean sprouts, bit of carrots and green onions and a gorgeous chicken broth with chillies. We also had some steamed pork dumplings that were delicious. I don't know if I would be brave enough to eat birds nest soup though lol. Perhaps if I didn't know what it was. I'm adventurous but that's one step to far for even me lol. Have a beautiful day and many blessings 🙏❤️

Birds nest is a personal favorite having grown up and enjoying family lunch on Sundays with dimsum. Thailand has one of the best birds nest and is highly prized for medicinal properties, but I think also for the taste. I brought friends in Thailand out for dimsum and included soup and col dessert birds nest. They drank it up with gusto as it is expensive for most Thais. Birds nest are not only harvested in cliffs like before. There are now "barn" like structures that are conducive to have the swallows make nests. There are 2 main birds nest in Thailand, the red and the white. The white is prized over the red. Excellent video! Thank you.😀
