    Wow! That owner infuriates me to no end! She needs to close shop & understand who is paying her bills! Customer's are footing the bills & if they cannot meet their end of the deal, then that's their problem. How hard is it to put a 1 hour time limit? All well professional restaurants do, but apparently this owner has forgot how business works. Anyways, you are the nicest eater on here. Keep up the awesome videos!

    Threw in a 1 star Google review for ya. Definitely unprofessional and from the prior history of their low reviews is their customer service lacking. At most, she could've been polite and maybe hinted that people were waiting and if you planned to leave soon. Sounds like she just had a bad day. Keep it up Scott!

      hope your happy trying to cancel a small business with a staff you don’t even know, all the staff are extremely kind and courteous… and they’re really people and a real restaurant not defined by one incident. You’ve never even been there and your 1 starting it… jeez

    Wow! Absolutely shocked at her rudeness. What if you were a single person out to have the all u can eat and just enjoyed FaceTiming to have company. Did she have to raise her voice like that and be so accusatory? You were kind and patient the whole time. You managed to remain calm, cool, and collected. So sorry! Peace to you!

    How rude. It’s not your fault they were slow bringing the plates out. It’s all you can eat not a challenge and if her server would of served you on time and not make you wait you could’ve of been done with 10 plates already.

    As always, very entertaining!
    When the exchange of money for the all you can eat buffet was done, you entered a implied contract, so there would be legal obligations to keep on both sides (if there was rules posted also on your end) and when they would have kicked you out, there would be reasons to sue the restaurant.
    However she didn't really kick you out (at least from the footage that was shown), she was just rude. This alone would not be considered breaking the contract if you leave on your own terms. However if she had from this point on also refused service then again it would be interesting to look into legal actions, because when you didn't break any rules then the risk is on the side of the restaurant.

      sue the restaurant :-( sad statement!! This is what's wrong with this world. everyone is offended so easy and wants to sue everyone. Hopefully all all you can eat restaurants ban video taping and set a time period you can eat. That will eliminate all these pro eaters from doing this.. Back to getting a real job!

      First of all i like to mention that i am not a contract lawyer and also can't give you legal advice for the USA or Canada (english is not even my first language as you might can tell).
      However, i am interested in contract law and in your case she basically admitted that she wants to breach your contract because "she needs the table and other patrons are waiting" (also throwing in a guilt trip with them being elderly people) for financial gain which then can be considered fraud.
      There are rules to consider that are not written; when they are f. e. offering a lunch but also a dinner all you can eat and you decide to come in at noon, then you just can't sit there until the evening, since the implied contract was just for the lunch buffet / service and not the dinner all you can eat.
      The best thing you can do is to ask then specific questions when you encounter hostile behaviour on the side of the restaurant in the way of "so i am being cut off?" "are you kicking me out?" " what i did wrong?" and so on, so you have definitive evidence before the court.
      Also the restaurant can refuse service when it is after closing time, but i would stay until they trespass you by calling the police so the situation is already on the report of the police and you have her ID to then be able to take further actions.
      Also a drafted contract on your side from a contract lawyer would be helpful that you present towards the restaurant before you engage in their business that they have to sign.
      To sum it up, i honour your behaviour throughout the encounter; i couldn't be that restrained as you were!

      The only sad thing was the service in that restaurant; to stand up for yourself when fraud is commited towards you because out of financial gain is is common sense insight a person with character that don't like to get pushed around so, in this case, the restaurant owner can take advantage of breaching the contract.
      What is next.... you pay for a prostitute for an hour and then you have to wait in line because she sold the same hour to 15 other guys to maximize profit?

    Wow Scott what made her think u were doing a challenge. She could've approached u in a better manner and I wasn't about people waiting. If they were so busy then she should've told othes food was coming out slow and it look as though they want u to finish ur plate before bringing more. Very unprofessional of her first, second there was a better way to handle it. Ur such a great guy and so polite some people misery loves company. I would not give them my business again. The rude way she acted will come back to bite her for sure. Hole Ur head up be strong and continue with Ur GREAT videos and making Ur fans HAPPY!!!!!!!! HAPPY!!!!!!!!

    Some restaurants should not offer AYCE if they can’t accept a few people beating the bank by eating more than their money’s worth. Like, the average customer is definitely not eating a lot, so the fact that they would slow down service and just straight up kick someone out cuz they were there eating too much? Just set a 2 hour time limit like everyone else

    Shame on that owner. Absolutely completely rediculous behavior coming from a hospitality manager. She needs to be fired from her job. No manager ever has a right to talk to someone as polite as you the way they did. I am absolutely disgusted with their behavior. I never get to visit anywhere. However, if I did I would never stop by this place!. Kudos to you Scott for your wonderful attitude. Thank you.💝

    The person who kicked you out was the owner, says a lot about their lack of business skills. And to accuse you of taking too long when they were the ones purposely serving you slowly in an attempt to limit what you could eat, it's just disgraceful customer service all round. I dont think bulimia is an issue in all you can eat restaurants. I understand what you're saying, but restaurants should stipulate professional eaters must pay a higher price or not allowed.

    I am so sorry that happened to you Mr.Scott.Uncalled for and she is the one that is Rude. If that's how she treats customers who would want to eat at that place,WOW. Who would want to eat there now.I will be giving that place a big miss when I coming through that's for sure. The problem I saw that happened was you were talking about challenges and the worker told the one that said that to you though you were doing a challenge, I could hear everything that was being said. You my dear were not in the wrong she was. Hold you chin up because you are better than that to have to put up with people like that. I don't know if the fry grease gets to there brain or what but even Mr.Joel has a hard time at fish establishments. Keep up the fantastic job. Thank you for what you do. I never try to disrespect restaurants and usually promote them as a matter of fact. I’m not sure why a restaurant would have an ALL you can eat if they didn’t want people to eat all they wanted. That being said, I’m just so happy to hear that I have so many loyal followers like you:) Thank you 😊

      I can see why the owner was angry, but that was not the way to deal with it.
      Answering questions, and nibbling away, while blocking a 6 seat table as a single eater destroys revenue for a whole sitting.
      All you can eat profit is often marginal, but losing 5 covers, while you chat away, not buying drinks, when you describe the restaurant as “very busy” is disrespectful too.
      I owned a small, but popular, casual dining venue, and two people chatting for an hour over a coffee each (which had been empty for twenty minutes) on a busy lunch sitting while they could see people queuing and walking away could make me feel like this owner.
      I would have been even slower at bringing your next plate, as you were ruining the shift, but staff had to be paid…and receive tips!
      Do these chats it’s great to watch them, and hear the questions people ask, but do this at off peak times, or at venues that are corporate rather tha❤n someone’s personal risk.
      Please get all upset and hurt because people need to make a wage!

    I'm so sorry. That lady was so condescending. If anything, she could have said, "How is everything sweetie? Are you almost finished because we have several elderly people waiting and we really need this table please. We're not trying to run you off or anything." I could not be as nasty as she was to you.

I learned that being nasty gets you nowhere and if you're nasty back to someone, it's even worse. Never ruin someone's day just because they're trying to ruin yours.     Never heard of "slow plating" until I watched this video. That really stinks. I'm only 30 minutes into the video and already dreading the end when you get verbally attacked. Not fair. Wonder if she realized at the time the really bad publicity she gave for the restaurant. Looking forward to seeing more of your videos.

    So maybe he could've did more eatting instead of talking, however he spent good money to be there just like everyone else. Fish isn't exactly cheap though.
    Unprofessional on all levels by the staff/ owner. No excuses even if it is slammed.

    I kinda get it. On one hand it was stupid to invite the bad publicity when you were clearly streaming, but at the same time an AYCE restaurant relies on turnover to make a profit. One guy sitting there eating a million pieces of fish when they're busy kinda sucks. If it were another time it would be different, but if there are people waiting to get in and can't because you're taking an entire table, I kinda get her attitude. Still stupid of her to invite the bad publicity, but I kinda get it.

    Had to go to their website and leave a review. The owners behavior toward u was beyond disgusting and uncalled for. Way to handle that with dignity. Not ok. Planned to eat there after u advertised....have since changed my mind. I would not want to have me or my family be treated that way. Unacceptable!

    Some people. That waitress is the type of person who has many issues in her life. I would not take that personal at all. Some people cannot leave the crap at home and feel the need to spread it everywhere they go.

    Hi Scott. The service at this place is pathetic. You are such a nice guy and it's a shame this happened to you. What you needed was for me to have been there with you. I know Canadians have a reputation for being overly kind, but I'm American. lol We do what needs to be done. You keep being you though. Too bad you didn't eat all of the fish and chips they had. I detest rude service people....even moreso when they're wrong. A challenge? Miss Rude didn't even know what she was talking about. Can you tell I'm a tad annoyed over this entire incident? Grrr. She should just thank her lucky stars I'm in the US and was not at that table with you. lol It's always nice to see you on here. I enjoy the lives that you do. Not this one though.     I have worked in the food industry myself and I’ve seen others get angry, but still deliver good service. Yes it’s stressful at times, but taking it out on others who are kind is a low blow. In all honesty, that waitress was absolutely rude. I’m sorry that happened to you.

    Don't advertise all you can eat if you're not prepared to serve all you can eat! It shouldn't matter how long a person has been sitting eating if they have payed to sit and eat bc of your advertisement! I would ask for a refund!

    *Insert Rant*: Oh Scott 🥺 I just watched this entire thing. I don't like to be negative, but from the get go they were inhospitable. Not once that I saw did she even come to see if you needed anything. (You literally had to ask for napkins). And the way they asked you about your next plate felt condescending. At the end she blamed it on being busy and 'the old people' waiting. Yeah, they're the ones who eat slow and gab (which I adore). They were negative towards you from the start. I'm sorry you were treated that way. On a positive note: that white bearded gentleman who dropped in the frame was fantastic 😂❤ Have a great weekend. *end rant*

    I just went into their page and complained her I also left a review on TripAdvisor, I'd fire her sorry ass. I fired a waitress for bullying my customers before and id keep on doing it. As I tell my staff I don't pay your wages the customers do, respect them. Also customers have to respect my staff

    Scott, can I ask a question? Sir, wasn't this and all you could eat meal or in all that you could eat buffet? I don't understand the owner of the restaurant. Kicking you out for doing only what they said that you could do if it wasn't all you could eat situation and that kicked you out for that. It makes absolutely no sense to me and like the other person said in the other comment, it shows a lack of business experience. I just, I don't understand some people in this world. I mean, it clearly says that it's all. You can eat fish chinchips meal, a restaurant and they kick you out for doing that very thing. I know the owner had stated that you were doing a challenge. And I heard you say no, it's not a challenge. And of course, it wasn't a challenge. It was all you could eat and that's what you were doing. Eating all you could eat and I still figure you out. And there are the things that gets me about it. As you stated in the video that they knew you. So
    You had been there before, is that correct?
    And if they knew you which I know that you know they did and I'm not despiting that word. My point in saying that is them knowing you and knowing that you. Go to all you can eat buffets. Or restaurants or all you can eat challenges or you know, eat eggs, amount of food for challenges. And they knew that ahead of time, and they still kicked you out. No one who you were and no 1 what you could eat and still kick you out that it just makes no sense to me. It really does

    How rude that manager was to you I definitely would not go back there at all. If she was the manager she could have said nicely sir we are extremely busy right now we have customers here waiting for a table I can give you one more plate full of food then you will have to go be respectful to your customers especially when you are promoting their business on live tv. I definitely would never say that to you I let you eat 40 plates full of fish and chips and I never say anything rude as she did to you very sad service was terrible as well there. Love watching your competition on eating great videos and I like the videos you do with Joel both of you make a great team together. Keep up the great work on your videos.

    Scott, I am 😮so sorry that restaurant owner kicked you out so rudely. We all saw what happened. At no time were you disrespectful or impatient even when you received only 4 plates of AYCE fish in over an hour and a half. I even heard you say you weren’t going to complain about the slow service because you always try to be positive and respectful of the restaurants you eat at.
    Then the owner rudely and loudly kicks you out without notice? Sheesh! If she treats her customers that way, can you imagine how she treats her Employees? 😮

    That was very unprofessional the way the lady came to the table to shout at you rudely when you were clearly just partaking in their all you can eat. Worst case scenario she could have said hi I apologize but we’re so busy and I could really use this table. I can give you another plate and a to go one as well. Would that be okay with you? I mean it’s not hard but of course she was just upset and she couldn’t control her emotions which showed her unprofessionalism towards a happy customer before that interaction. That sure made it very awkward. Anyways, awesome video otherwise it was neat with the reaction to viewers
