Guys always remember. You can work yourself to bits while studying for exams, but you need to be careful to not become 'counterproductive'. This means that you are too tired or too exhausted to absorb information and learn properly. Please try to eat and sleep a sufficient amount both for yourself and your studies. As someone who has frequently nose bleeds , here are somethings you need to remember incase you have a nose bleed : 1 : Pinch your nose /nostrils . It will help it start clotting . Do NOT place your hand on your face like the boy in the video , it will only create a mess . 2: Try using ice . Place some on your nose , or head . Cold water works too , if you don't have ice . 3: A lot of time , noses bleed because if dryness , so you can apply some Vaseline in your bleeding nose . 4 : Do NOT tilt your head all the way up / lie down . This will cause the blood to go up your brain , and can lead to clotting ! 5 : Noses often bleed due to hot wether as well . So in summer , try eating cooling foods like yogurt , chia seeds , and cooling fruits and veggies like cucumbers and watermelon. 6: Please don't pick your nose , that will only lead to injuring more vessels and more nose bleeds .
Note: Do not tilt your head back. This may cause blood to run down the back of your throat, and you may swallow it. Swallowed blood can irritate your stomach and cause vomiting. And vomiting may make the bleeding worse or cause it to start again.
if I have to be real honest I'm also a college student at the moment and I think this video definitely taught me something that its ok to rest when working hard and your health matters more than anything else.
See this is why I always carry tissues, water, chocolate, plasters, paracetamol etc... you never know when you'll come across someone who's injured, fainted etc...

South Korea is one of the highest literacy rate around the world.. but to get there, children had to suffer from the pressure from society and from their family itself.. i can’t imagine the sufferings of the children to meet the expectations from all the people around them 😢 they deserve to breathe and relax.. tbh studying hard is just one of reason someone could be successful, but it’s not at all the ONLY solution.. just enjoy your life while you’re alive.. 😊❤

As someone with a lot of experience with bloody noses you should definitely try and tilt your head back but don’t look straight up at the sky, try a coolant on your neck or maybe even your forehead. In dryer weather i usually carry around a small bottle of nasal spray or maybe even some vaseline. The time ultimately depends on your situation or the person. So, for me my longest bloody nose has been 2h+, though it wasn’t heavily bleeding it was continuous and i wasn’t prepared at the moment, so please in warm, cold, dry weather try and bring tissues just in case! (yes i know this applies to some people and not others but the moral of the story is to be prepared)
here I am, in Brazil it's only 5 o'clock in the morning, I was sleeping, but then my cat woke me up wanting affection, then I got up and went to wash my face, as well as my hands because they were full of my cat's hair, after that i went to do some things i thought they needed, like tending to my other pets and giving them food, i went back to my room and prayed and read the Bible, just like I do every day.. and because of it all, I ended up losing sleep ;--; I went to RUclips and saw that wonderman (wonderful channel) had posted a video a few minutes ago,I got interested in watching it and I'm here now writing something that might amuse someone while reading HAHAHAHAHAHA (05:48 am 🤡) edit: have a great day!! 🫂 좋은 하루 되세요!! 🫂

우리나라의 안타까운 현실이네여.... 33년 살다보니... 수능이 내 인생의 모든걸 결정짓는 시험이 아닌데... 그 당시 고3때까지 왜이리 미친듯이 공부하고 잠도 안자고 한건지.... 매년마다 고생하면서 수능공부하고 수능보는 학생들 응원해요 23년 수능본 학생들 고생했어요 24년 수능보는 친구들도 힘들고 지치면 너무 무리하지말고 잠시 쉬었다 해요... 너무 무리하면 몸도상하고 우울증걸려요...
시험이란 그냥 문제 풀이 이지만 하고 싶은걸 한다면 그것이 진정한 즐거움 입니다
