They don't have to worry about test or anything because they are pretty much an honor student. But, I didn't think that Mizuki actually make a mistake on maintaining their attendance record. Mizuki always said that they make sure to maintain enough attendance to prevent being held back at the least, so, I believed that Mizuki is very meticulous with their decision on skipping school days.
