The order of further investigation by a magistrate is made under section 156(3) and not under section 173(8), as has been taught. A reference to the judgment in Vinubhai Hirabhai Malviya and others vs State of Gujarat and other 2019(17) SCC 1 would make the position clear.

Sir further investigation and proper investigation both are required some time.
Sec. 173/8 clearly mention that when further evidence is made available to the police, he SHALL further investigate and file further reports. Since the word SHALL is used, it is an order in itself and it is mandatory for the officer to further investigate. No separate order is required from Magistrate.

There is no ambiguity in the matter as to the of further investigations as 173/8 clearly mention that the officer SHALL (SHALL denotes a command/order in itself) further investigate and submit further reports. It's not clear why Courts not clearing this point.

Bro It is not just for the sake of youtube video but it is recorded during the classroom lecture where students from various background sits together. If you have a sharp mind that doesn't mean everyone sitting out there in class has.
