I'm using the Thule for long distance walking to carry gear only. You just saved me so much money...all 7 features of the Cross are based on passenger comfort, so I'm getting the Lite. Thank you! 👟
If you’re only using it for cargo, you should check out a Burley trailer. The D’Lite X and Encore X have seats that collapse down to convert it to a cargo trailer! www.twowheelingtots.com/burley-dlite-x-review/
@@Twowheelingtotsbikes You are very kind to look up the link for me. Thanks for the recommendation, I’ll research the Burley from your link. 😊 Thank you
Hello! Amazing review! It gives me hope for enjoying the chariot with my baby this winter. I also mainly splitboard solo in the winter. How do you go down the hill? Do you ride it as a snowboard (it seems awkward if I want to stop since I’d need to rotate my hips), or do you lock your heels and go down in ski mode?

Thank you very much! This video answered all of our questions about the differencenses between the two. Much better explained that the Thule official site!
Thanks for the video. We are looking for Thule bike trl as well. I have 1 question, does trl have enough room to fit 10 inch kid’s bike at rear storage ? Cause my 4 years boy best he can do is ride for 4 miles. I just want to carry him with his bike for more travel distance. Thanks.
Great review, however I have a huge doubt that no video on RUclips has really made clear. I plan on buying the lite for my son he's 5 and Im concerned he might be too big for this trailer. Could you perhaps tell me the kid's height and tell me your honest opinion on how spacious the lite is
If you’re buying the Lite at age 5, you’re going to get very little use out of it before he’s too big. Weight limit is 49 pounds. My daughter last used it when she was 43.5” tall. If you watch this Reel, you can see how she looks at that height. instagram.com/reel/CWTG8kTALXF/?igsh=bXZ4bWdjYjN2d2E0
If you can afford it, the Cross. While the Outback is a great trailer, there’s a reason the Cross is so much more expensive. It’s exceptional in every way. I’ve used it almost daily for the last 3.5 years. It’s simply the best.
Thank you so much for the comparison of the 2 models. It is so hard to tell the difference when we didn't try them yet. Your video helps a lot. I recently bought the cheetah and had to send it back when I realized it had no suspension at all! So this was a small detail that I had overseen. In online Shops the models looked all the same to me
Thank you for the positive feedback! This is exactly why we do what we do... so you can buy with confidence without ever seeing the product in person. Happy riding with the baby!!
We don't recommend attaching a bike trailer to an ebike. These trailers are safety rated to only 15 mph, which you can easily hit on a standard bike (non ebike.)

I new those roads looked familiar! That’s Fort Worth along the Trinity!
It’s a great trail system!

The rear storage is pretty small. You won’t be able to carry a pedal bike in there.

Glad you enjoyed it! We’re glad we could help you!
Is it correct that both are not coming with reflectors for the wheel rim to increase visibility from the side in darker environment?
There is a reflective strip around the edge of the tire.
Thank you for the video! What do you think about the Chariot Cross and Hamax Outback comparison? Which one would you choose?
I could buy the Cross (actually the Cab 2) for around 1025USd and 670USd for the Outback

Hello, do you know if it possible to attach one of these to ebike full suspension? Thx .🙂🙃

@@Twowheelingtotsbikes thank you very much for your honest answer.I wish you all the best.
really random but your skis are on the wrong foot with the splitboard btw
