Great question. I would recommend both. If possible, record with the widest angle you can in landscape. When you zoom in and make it portrait, it will still look normal, like it was recorded in portrait mode. Little hack, so you don't have to shoot twice.

That's correct. You need to drive traffic to your storefront. However, if you're approved for onsite commissions. Amazon is pretty much driving traffic to your reviews for you.

@@saltandstoneknitsSorry about the late reply. You can still apply using your FB or IG. You don't have to apply with only with TikTok. It's just most of the people I know that got approved did so with their TikTok.
@@nicolematson4026 You still have to keep it. They’ll occasionally ask you to verify your socials. You don’t have to continue posting but you keep it active.
Correct. You create content on TikTok, and when you apply for the influencer program, Amazon will ask you which profile you would like to use for your application and that's where you put in your TikTok profile.
I have seen some videos posted on products on amazon that says they receive commission. Does amazon choose what videos go there? I understand that our videos for a product wouldnt automatically be there for tbe product right?
It’s up to the seller. The seller chooses whether their product includes a video carousel. If they include one and there’s open slots, your video will get posted there. There’s also two different video carousel. An upper where the product images are and a lower one near the bottom as you scroll down. If upper is full and bottom isn’t your video will be included in the bottom.

I have 500 followers on a different You Tube account than this one I’m on now. Amazon influencer program told me no. How do I get a yes ? I was under the impression I didn’t need a million followers
With only 500 subscribers, I assume that this is probably because it's a new channel that isn't getting the type of engagement that Amazon is looking for. Amazon doesn't really say what metrics they're looking for, so I can't say what metrics you should aim for that would result in an approval. Do you have a TikTok?
On your phone, click on that center person icon (in between your cart and that star icon) and scroll down just a bit and you’ll see “your storefront” click on that and on the next page, you’ll see “see reporting”. Hope that helps.

I can confirm that it's true. I've had a lot sent to me already and I'm getting even more requests to review products since posting this video. Unfortunately, I can't really say at what point it happens. What I would say helps is getting your storefront out there ie. share your reviews on all socials so brands can find you.
Good question lol... I honestly do not know. I'm sure there's no limit. If you don't like the product and it is within the 30-day window. I don't see why you can't return it but I wouldn't be buying products just to turn around and return them. I've sold some of the ones I don't care for on eBay.
A voiceover is just fine. You don't have to physically show your face. I have videos where I'm just holding the product in my hands or just showing the product with my phone without me in it.
I got a video coming out that I think will help answer this. Ultimately, it's probably a combination of reviewing products that pay very low commissions, don't get a ton of sales, or have been reviewed by other influencers.
I read if I apply using Instagram I would have to use a business account. So that means I would have to create a business Instagram account instead of just using my personal? And I guess I would have to change my profile from “private” to “public”, right? Thanks ☺️
I don’t think you would have to use a business account. I’m pretty sure you could use your personal account. Granted I can’t say for sure. Most of the people I know who got approved did so using TikTok
Great video thank you. I applied yesterday and was approved for the influencer program. Your links aren’t working by the way. I know you mentioned briefly about earning commissions when a person watches your video and then everything in the cart is commissionable but it’s just unclear to me. So if someone clicks on my video, is that the only way to earn commission? Can it just be my storefront/product links? If someone clicks on my influencer link, would I still earn commission from everything in the cart? What If they don’t purchase that specific item that I promoted/have on my storefront? I guess I just need more clarity on how the link works and if there’s a time limit (like you purchase within 24hrs or something) and if those specific items have to be purchased as well. Hope I didn’t confuse you. Thanks for your help.
I guess I didn't really answer those questions in the video 😅 To answer your questions, if someone clicks on a product that you've reviewed, watches your review, and then purchases it, you'll get a commission on that product and every other product they add to their cart within a 24-hour period. And yes, it can be just from your storefront. If you share your storefront with your audience and they click on a product on your storefront, that starts the 24-hour tracking. During that 24-hour window, you'll earn a commission for any products they add to their cart, even if the product they originally clicked on isn't in their cart. Think about it more like a session. If a session was started by someone clicking on your link, you earn a commission on any product they purchase within 24 hours. However, if they click on a product from your storefront and then leave Amazon. That kills the 24-hour window. So NO commission there unless they start another session by clicking on your affiliate link again. Unless, they added the product to their cart during that session they start from clicking on your affiliate link. If it was added, they would have 90 days to purchase instead of 24 hours. I hope that clears things up a bit 🙂 and congrats on getting approved. Also, links should be working now. The only link that isn't working is the one for the Anonymous Influencer training. They've put a pause on it, unfortunately.
Some Amazon products have a video carousel where all the videos are. If you're clicking through all the product images and then you see a video start playing. That video is in the carousel I talk about. My next video will show exactly where it's at.
Can Amazon associates get paid to do video reviews of products??? I know we don’t have access to the storefront, but I’ve created my own storefront on my own website since I don’t have access to that as an associate.
I am not from the selected countries to participate in the influencer program but i was accepted into the program just today so do you think i can still get paid if i make money?
@HollyCotter, every link should be working now except the training from the Anonymous Influencer. It turns out they are not offering their training at the moment. If anything changes. I'll come back and leave a comment.
- I’m not sure what Amazons guidelines are but for me , I’m a TikTok shop affiliate & I hardly , almost never , show my face . For me , the point of the video is the actual PRODUCT so I get good angles and focus on the product itself. Hope this helps !

I guess I didn't really answer those questions in the video 😅
To answer your questions, if someone clicks on a product that you've reviewed, watches your review, and then purchases it, you'll get a commission on that product and every other product they add to their cart within a 24-hour period.
Wait, so you gotta have videos before getting approved?
What do you mean? Like, content on social media?
Can I use amazon videos in my youtube channel el ? Mean can my channel be monetized?
I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you asking if you can use your Amazon review videos on your RUclips channel?
Great information
so what do i post before i get in the program?
What’s a video carousel?
Some Amazon products have a video carousel where all the videos are. If you're clicking through all the product images and then you see a video start playing. That video is in the carousel I talk about. My next video will show exactly where it's at.
@@steven_charlesThank you! You’re awesome!
I heard that since Tik Tok competes with Amazon that they won’t push out your content?
I've personally never heard of that. And I've seen people promote all type of Amazon products on TT. What kind of content are you posting?
@@steven_charles beauty, fashion, lifestyle some UGC but I’ll def start posting Amazon! 😁
Does this work in Canada?
The influencer program is available in Canada
I do genuine amazon review. Honest, trustworthy, valuable. Influenzing
Hey bro! Would you be open to being a guest on one of my live streams to educate people on the AIP?
I just got approved to become a Amazon Associate. When you do video reviews do you have to show your face in the video?
That’s awesome, congrats! And, no you don’t have to show your face.
Can Amazon associates get paid to do video reviews of products??? I know we don’t have access to the storefront, but I’ve created my own storefront on my own website since I don’t have access to that as an associate.
How do you review a product you haven’t purchased?
You can’t.

If I make reviews but only get approved for a amazon associate can I still make money that way ?
Yes, you can still make money reviewing Amazon products as an associate. It's just up to you to get traffic to your reviews.
I am not from the selected countries to participate in the influencer program but i was accepted into the program just today so do you think i can still get paid if i make money?
Do you know which countries ? Cause i try to see first information but i don’t see it nowhere
Fluencer fruit is so expensive!
The monthly is the most affordable. Have you seen that?
@@steven_charles I tried to signup with your affiliate link but it is not showing any discount . Pls help
Thanks!!
Your links aren't working.
Hey, thanks for the heads up. I'll get them fix ASAP
@@steven_charles your links still aren't working 😞
@HollyCotter, every link should be working now except the training from the Anonymous Influencer. It turns out they are not offering their training at the moment. If anything changes. I'll come back and leave a comment.
@@steven_charles thanks & yes the links are working now 🙂
Can Amazon associates get paid to do video reviews of products???
Unfortunately, no. Associates only earn commissions from people clicking and buying from their affiliate links.
@@steven_charles I appreciate the reply. Going to reapply soon.
@@SherrieYvetteWilkins I hope it works out for you 🙂
For unemployed people, $99 per month is too much!
What the fb group ?
The group is called Creators Collective. It use to be Anonymous Influencers.
Need investment?
I have 229 subs on YT and 52 videos and got denied XD
Lol I don't know a single person who got approved with YT.
Do you have to show your face?
- I’m not sure what Amazons guidelines are but for me , I’m a TikTok shop affiliate & I hardly , almost never , show my face . For me , the point of the video is the actual PRODUCT so I get good angles and focus on the product itself. Hope this helps !
@Tae_ninety, You're spot on.
You don't have to show your face. About 95% of my videos don't show my face.
Is this true ? 😢
Is what true?
If you are not ambitious. Don't even start this program...
