I actually bought myself a similar bottle to use for shampoo. I have very dense hair and struggle getting shampoo to the roots but I have started putting a shampoo/water mixture in that bottle and applying the shampoo and it’s been such a good change. Especially compared to when I’m in a rush and don’t make sure I get to the roots everywhere and then wonder why my hair feels greasy too quickly 😂
I use Miche products, and I'm so happy to see you review them. I began using them after a referral by a 3b 3c friend. Love the soft, ❤defined feel of my curly hair.
I want to see a styling routine with only hairspray! It is incredibly versatile for volume and hold depending on formulation. We need more shampoos with that applicator tip!
Omg, I hate my new coarse colored gray hair. Yesterday I just I washed with Miche 1min. Conditioner and Miche foam. Lots of ”soft” curls! A bit of a crunch but soft for the first time! Miche is my new favorite! Thanks for letting me know about this brand
The smell of Miche products is delicious! I love my results when I brush style with the foam and apply their Sculpt gel over top. Volume, juicy clumps, and longevity! For a bonnet, I've found silk to be better than satin. Satin is slippery and silk isn't, so it stays on better. I love my MYK Silk bonnet!
Do you get enough hold using it on its own, or have you something good to layer it with? I've only tried it once or twice but my waves/curls fell very quickly.
I have the same issue with bonnets and scarves sliding off overnight, BUT I figured out a solution you might want to try. Take a simple hair clip/clasp, or a bobby pin may work, and clip one on to your hair and the bonnet/scarf in the very back of your hair and one on the very front. It is just enough to keep it from slipping around while you sleep.
How did you get your hair in the bonnet without pulling it up? I have a really lovely one (the Silke London brand) but I still have to put my hair up in a "willow"/pineapple to get it to all stay. My hair is just a touch longer than yours. Can you maybe make a short on how you put it in? My hair never looks that good come morning no matter what I've tried :P
I have the same hair in the face problem! Drives me insane sometimes. My hair seems to grow forwards. And I usually clip it away in the same way as you did here.
🤚🤚🤚Definitely me too!! Hate ANY hair in my face, wispy or otherwise! I typically use clips to keep my hair back away from my face... Except for when it's in the cast and I'm trying to give it time before scrunching - that's the time it drives me crazy!
Hi Courtney, great video, love, love, love miche, their hair mask both of them are amazing.you have a sweet personality.,also when my hair touches my face it tickles, hate my hair touching my face also 😂
I would love to try this product, but I am on product overload! My hair needs a cut so badly, and because it's so long, my waves are streeeeeeetched, and I've been pulling my hair back almost every day. Maybe I should just get the travel sizes for my next trip to force myself to use it. Anyway, the only bonnet I've found that works for me is the Kitsch Sleep Beanie.
I'm about two months into this wavy/curly journey and am trying to figure out which shampoo to use. So far I've mostly been using the Shea Moisture Apple Cider Vinegar anti-Dandruff shampoo, and like it, but I'm wondering if I shouldn't be using it every wash day since I don't have any problem with grease - my hair is on the drier side. Is the Miche Detox Shampoo something I could use regularly (I shampoo about twice a week). Or do you have another (low cost) favorite daily shampoo recommendation? I think my hair is 2A, high porosity, probably medium to low density, and coarse. I also tried the Maui but don't care for the scent.
The pineapple has never worked for me... it flattens my hair and I get a headache. I've started Medusa clipping and using the orange bonnet that Manes by Mel recommends, and it's been terrific -- until I hot my hair cut and I started having a sensory meltdown pretty much all the time. I must have 38 bonnets around here, but I want to try out the bounce curl brush, so maybe that bonnet and their towel will get me to free shipping... 🤔
Hi Courtney, If you can, please do a review of Curly Magic. It's a pretty affordable brand (and thus may be easier for those of us on a budget to afford :D)!
I also cannot stand my hair to touch my face. I love how your hair looks every time. My hair is thick, dry and coarse and most products that I try are very drying to my hair. After many many moons, I still have not found that "great" product.
As a person with dense hair, I wish more shampoos came with the kind of applicator to reach the scalp more easily.
Yes! At least the thinner consistency shampoo's!

Glad to be able to share! It's nice seeing how products work and the techniques used on others!

The results are really good! I LOVE a nourishing and moisturising foam. Not a gel person but love me a good foam.

Great tip for the bonnet! And thank you for sharing about the gel!
I love Verb's foaming gel. Curious of the comparison between that one and this brand's version.

I'm a huge Innersense girl and I just tried this product for the first time today and I am absolutely Blown Away!!!! 💯 ❤❤❤
Oh wow! That is so fun! I’m glad to hear it!
Love the end result, but these products are way out of my price range. Can you review the bed head curls rock amplifier?

Hey Courtney! I'm definitely grateful for your help! I would love to see if net plopping works in a future video, thank you!!
I also quit pulling my hair up for a few months. Keep at it. It really helps keep a good wash day longer.
Thank you for the encouragement! It's good to hear from someone else doing the same thing!
Pretty! Your hair looks so moisturized
Thank you!!
🙋 me too! Can't stand when my hair touches my face, and I have very fine, flyaway hair. Thanks for all the great information ❤
Meh! Wish it was easier to keep it away!
Looks so good! I might have to try the mousse. Off topic- have you ever tried changing your part? Ive been experimenting with mine lately
I've just started trying to get my curls back. Can you tell me which order I stack my products?
Hi! I noticed that you wet your hair after applying the conditioner and then started squishing. Could you explain why you rewet your hair? Thanks!
GORGEOUS CURLS!!!!
Awe, thank you!
Ugh. Yes! My hair gravitates to my face, too! Great video. ❤
Thank you so much! And, it would be so nice if it didn't do that!

Such a pretty wash!! Do you find that the fragrance of these product lingers? Also ✋
I have used Miche products and their scent doesn’t linger IME; it’s not overpowering either.
@@Star-dj1kw Thank you!

Really pretty definition and shine
Awww thanks!
🙌 I have the tshirt you wore at the end! Same color too!
Nice! Love it! Love these tshirts! Sounds like you have great taste!
Hey Courtney! Where did you find a brush that worked for your curls? I can’t seem to find one that works well. Thank you!
The one I used (and love!) is from Bounce Curl. The link for them with a discount code can be found in the description.
Thank you!

That is a great tip on the bonnet! Yeah, I love when a brand offers travel sizes!

One of my favorite low cost shampoo and conditioner brands in Old Spice Wavy Curly line. I have either 2a or 2b dry hair and it has helped a lot
Does the bonnet leave marks on your forehead?
How long do you plop?

LOL the possibilities! I get it! It's tough to find a good way to protect our hair at night!

Do you mean Uncle Funkys Daughter curly magic?
@@SwavyCurlyCourtney yes!
The miche gel to foam seems so similar to the verb curl foaming gel!
Oh yes!!
Beautiful
Thank you!
Yes I hate the tiny wispies on my face! 🙌🙌🙌 both mine and my dogs 😂😂
🤣🤣🤣Dog's can tickle too! lol

Yeah the hair touching the face is so irritating! And thank you!!

Ugh! It's not just me then!
My daughter has thin hair with curls and I have thick hair with curls
That is so interesting!
