Hello and welcome to What Da Math. In this video we will discuss an interesting new genre of games called falling sand games and specifically a title called Powder Toy. These really interesting educational games feature realistic physics and have elements that can be combined using chemical and even nuclear reactions.

As soon as you went into the GOL section, I was waiting for the moment when you accidentally add in something that just takes over and melts the whole map ; )
you should also check out the physics game called Algodoo. you can pretty much make everything in that game from a simple pendulum to fully functional robot.
man, I remember games like this from the mid two thousands, that's all I used to play. I don't know if this is based in java, but the old ones were. I loved those games

This beautiful game has entertained me for years when no other game really interested me. Weird, I know.
i remember a very old game that let you play around with elements and compounds in a very simple chemistry style thing ive never been able to find anything like it but this is very close

oh yeah I have this game on my computer can you tell me what exotic matter does? BTW the highest melting point metal is actually in electronics I forgot the name though
tungsten I believe it is called also you can use the boyl gas which expands at high temperature

Like from lava and iron
Switch the simulation to radial gravity, place one liquid particle, make your 'brush' size as big as you want your planet, bring your cursor to the one particle in the center of the screen, place iron and carve it out in the fashion you desire, add your lava, then use "temp" in the property tool with a value of "1273.15", and you should have done it.
You just said neutrino instead of neutron
