@@jaiachin9579 i think he's referring to the fact that 90 percent of Czerny's output was exercises which was a quick way for him to earn from publications.
I can't forget Carl Czerny "Etude mélodieuse Op.795/3" performed by you. And the Czerny again! A delightful Nocturne is a real waterfall of sounds! Thanks for perfect performed!
Czerny is so beautiful outside of his more known pedagogic works. I love his sonatas... Can't get enough of the No. 2. Thank you for sharing this inspiring, light and warm piece.
TL;DR I'm a big Czerny fan. Czerny was a master at taking simple Western harmony and making it into something magical. There's something so pure and about it that just makes one smile.... Just because you know where the harmony is going before you hear it, doesn't make it any less enjoyable. I think of Czerny as the most Mozart-like composer since Mozart himself, and that's quite the complement. In his own time, Mozart was dated, so he mostly wrote exercises and trained up the biggest pianists of the day, but every single exercise, along with his other works, bears his stamp of immaculate candor that makes etudes a joy, and not a bore (looking at you, Hanon). Thanks for highlighting this underappreciated master once again. 😃
Thank you so much, I had never heard this wonderful nocturne by Czerny, and you played it in such a beautiful way!. May I ask where I could get the score?
@@PianoScoreVids Never seen this before and could not for the life of me work out what all those double sharps were doing there XD thanks so much for elucidating!
Czerny is pretty good when he's not getting paid by the note.
well that's another way to put it I guess
😆
LOL
I don’t get it

You play with a soul beyond your years. Bless you Julian!!
I meant that in a complimentary way by the way! 😉👌😍

His nocturnes are so underrated. I love the one on E major from op 368 if I recall correctly.
Belíssimo!
Um Noturno claro como o luar!
Suave como a quietude da noite!
Um acalanto para sonhar!
Grata!
Delightfully very lite. I enjoyed this with a nice hot cup of tea.

Lovely piece. Reminds me a lot of Moscheles’ Op.70 No.9 Etude.

Lindo ‘❤❤❤❤
Czerny sempre será meu eterno professor , sempre faço seus estudos , no balé essa foi entre tantas outras a peça mais preferida .
Fitting that this nocturne is nicknamed "Quiet Thoughts" while you played this being unable to sleep haha. Marvelous performance :)
yeah sort of ironic i agree
Beautiful 🙂🌺🎹🎵
Linda melodia. !!
Цудоўна!

What does the x above/below some notes mean?
i think it's old notation for thumb.
x 1 2 3 4 instead of modern 1 2 3 4 5
@@PianoScoreVids Oh, thanks. Makes sense now
@@PianoScoreVids Wait, seriously? I’ve been using my nose this whole time. This makes a lot more sense now.
@@PianoScoreVids Yes. A 19th-century system known as "English fingering", with the 12345 system being called "Continental fingering".

Hi can you explain me the meaning of the symbol X over or under some notes in the score ? Thank you !!!
Older fingering system. X=thumb, 1=index finger, 2=middle finger, 3=ring finger, 4=pinkie finger. Newer fingering uses 1 through 5.
Thank you very much Joel !!!
Gracias por esta hermosa interpretación de tan maravillosa obra, conseguí Czerny Op.832 quieres el PDF para ver si puedes grabar algo de Op.832?
Maybe you can stop insulting Chopin for no reason.
For a slightly different version, see his op. 804 n° 9, Helene
Could perfectly be a random National anthem
haha yea
Who is playing?
Played by Gamma1734
Hmm, not as quiet as I thought. :D
I like this far better than his more ambitious works, far too long sonatas and pretentious fugues
