It depends on your granddaughter's age and build. My advice would be to look up a dress that actually fit the child and copy the top on paper to make your own pattern
I don’t understand why you sewed shoulders that way it’s easier to sew them separately less bulky and easier. Also those pleats are not even , how do you know you’re not taking up too much fabric in them so it will then not fit. You never finished the raw edges. I understand you have the experience but teaching new sewers to sew this way does not seem a good idea, people need to be aware of pitfalls before trying to copy you, not sure if you are trying to teach or just showing your skills.

هذا صعب اللبس للطفل لان القماش لا يحتوي على ليكرا ويجب ان تكون سحاب تنزل تحت الكسرات حتى تسهل اللبس
