Cani, about your CAMs, look for the ones with the best pace and dribbling and maybe skill moves and convert some of them to wingers, would suit their play style, cut down on the amount of CAMS you have and give you the winger formation you were hoping for in the future!

The thing about 4 weeks meaning they won’t go up is not true, I had a player who was 47 as a cb and when I changed him to a striker (which took 4 weeks) he went up to 70 rating
That guy was talking bs with the growth thing most of the time they increase more in rating when it's 3/4 weeks not 2

Hey Cani, there's actually a bigger chance of scouting strikers while searching for 'physically strong' than while searching for attackers. Like so Cani can get a great striker!
all the physically strong players are fast and strong. The rest of the stats are shit. But that way he could get some strikers and cbs

I feel like you should still do the RTG as its always great as you can buy hidden gems from other teams rather than just the academy
In my opinion cani should first finish his career mode and then the RTG

When Vogt gets back from USA send him to countries like Belgium, Ukraine, Netherlands etc. looking for attackers or physically strong players around the 15th of the month to get in good strikers.

@Alex Lu attacker would not give you a striker, just LW and RW or CF and CAM

This might be considered as cheating but save your game before you get your scout report. If you not happy with the scout report you get back just load the saved game again and you'll have a different report. LIKE SO CANI CAN SEE
Hey Cani. Loving this new series, great concept and top, top delivery from yourself creating fun and suspense in equal measures (good work Biccy on the editing - love seeing the occasional memes 😂).
Pace on the series is Fab. Great depth to start getting us hooked into the academy set up and now getting pacier as the season progresses. I’d suggest 2 months per epi minimum to keep the momentum going as it looks like we’re strapped in for a long journey to the Bundesligue summit 🤞

Cani hi how are you i want to tell you something about youth academy system when you have a scout report and you find a gem that has 52_70 or somthing like that but he has 500k or under dont sign him wait another month because every month the value change
Formation change option. Same as you have now but wide so left and right Center mids are wingers. So Romero can get into the first team as a right midfield
Cani almost all youth players will be 2 weeks to become right or left midfielder, in that case it won’t mean that they grow if the become a right or left midfielder
Cani check youth players when you promote them,try compere them in squad formations,it says +2,+3(in green)if they go up thats mean they going to improve + that rating when you change their position,above there you can find the best way what position they are suited.

It takes longer for people to change position when their form dips, for example Romero’s position change said 2 weeks but he had excellent form at the time, however when his fo dips to okay it takes 8-10 weeks 👍
Hey cani, i think you should keep this series going and let it play out and take your time with it, i think i speak for the majority here and would love to see this series go on until its natural end (reaching the bundesliga, and winning the title). This would also allow time for EA to sort out some updates for next gen fifa, then start the road to glory

Cani there will be a lot of time for a rtg when there won't be much content in fifa in march-may...so save the rtg for then....this series is lit right now...keep uploading more...starting same type of two series will hinder both the series...
i'd be 100% okay with this being the only series on your channel at least for 20-25 episodes. You'll have to switch it up cuz Cani knows his youtube stuff well :)
Cani if you leave the youth players in the academy longer. They grow more cause they have the green inform arrows. Once you promote them, unless you play them or loan them they drop to the yellow growth cause they have bad form. Having them get unsettled doesn't change there projected potential

Hey Cani, Could you send your new scout to Morocco as i have had excellent scout reports every time ! Usually finds class STs, RWs/LWs and Full backs and everywhere else on the pitch could find the new Mbappe in some of the reports !!! Good Luck im Loving this new series
This and the road to glory are so similar but this is just a little better so I think focus on this and get better and better

Hey Cani am not saying you can do this but if you save the day before a report, if the youth report is trash then you can jus save and then sim the next day to get report if you dont like what you see save, open the cm again and the report will be different

Cani if you select a player and go over a position in your squad with him you can see if his rating will grow or drop for that certain position looking a the green or red number above the player!

Also if you don’t get any good fullbacks from the youth academy you should try a 3-5-2 formation it’s the one I’ve been using on my career mode and it is outstanding
Then maybe he can get his rm and lm to have okay defending and be able to run 5 defenders on the defense side.
I think you should train Romero to a CM and play him there and move Fischer to CDM because he is a CDM and your midfield will be like özsoy ,Romero, kaya and Fischer and in my opinion this is very good

In youth squad, chose the formation to what you want. Then see at what positions you still need a player and then change players according to need + give scouts instruction for specific position like striker/defender. Don't keep making changes all the time.
Try to change some CAM & wingers into ST/CF position. Don't just change everybody to CAM/LM/RM.
Sometimes you don't need to change position as they are perfect for that position like Fischer.
cani you should change the formation for other players that play on the wing to play
Cani with sharpness if you look at a players sharpness in the position they ate currently in, then move them to different spots on the field in your team sheets, if there sharpness boost is higher than there current sharpness boost in there regular position change the players position to the position with the most match sharpness

A way to know exactly how much a player will go up with a position change is to put them there and look at the sharpness/morale boost, obviously there might be a slight boost by sharpness and morale of the player already.
Cani you should add release clauses to some of the worse academy players. This will make it more interesting to watch and allows you to find and use new players throughout the series. Just a suggestion tho and good series!
Hi Cani I think you should send your scout to Mexico because I never seen anybody send scouts to Mexico and I think it would be very interesting to see what type of players you can get from Mexico.

A better way to see if a player will grow from a position change is moving them around in your squad. Start with them in their natural position and see what their sharpness boost. Hover over the option to change them to another position and if their boost is larger they will get a boost from a position change. For example if you have a LM who gets a +2 sharpness boost when playing at LM, but when you move him to CAM he gets a +5 sharpness boost you know he’ll grow by 3 ratings if you change him to a CAM.

Hey cani I was wondering if you would like to do a costom club rode to glory I think that would be more entertaining in the future. And if you want to keep this series alive I think sinning real players that at younger then 18 would be a good Idea because technically they will be your homegrown talents. If you see this idea and ypu think its a good one I think Filip Szymczak would be the best first sinning he has great potential and will be great in the future. Ohh and he plays for Lech Poznań in the polish league. Oh I forgot you dont have money.
You should send one of the scouts to Hungary...No one is trying to find talent from there. Take Ferenc Puskás as an example. How good a player was he?
Cani, Turkey is great at producing CAMs that's why you're getting so many. Brazil would be great at wingers, Germany in CM, etc.
Cani, if you don't select which type of player you want to look for, you are likely to get a player with CAM stats, so the best idea is to look for Physically Strong players, Defensive Minded players or Attackers (and of course GKs if you don't have any good option)
Cani the only way you will get a striker is if they are physically strong which means they will be very strong have decent pace and terrible agility or you need to find a winger who is only really good at shooting
Cani you should speed up the series a bit, I mean think of all the players developing its going to take a while👌🏼
