KUSIDO | ISDA | Lutong Bicol

"Kusido" is a soup based dish with fish and vegetables as main ingredients.
It is a regional dish by Bicolanos in the Philippines. Almost any variant of fish can be used.But the most popular are Malasugui, Maya-Maya, Betilla, Lapu-Lapu, and Tanguige.
Today, I used Yellow Fin, and it is a "no msg" version. (no omami flavor added)
A "quich and easy" recipe.
