It doesn't make sense to say that the monthly rent for that small duplex officetel in Gwangmyeong-si is 1.8 million won even without a deposit. You seem to be paying more than double the normal price. Even for an expensive officetel in Gwangmyeong-si, the maximum monthly rent is 700-800,000 won, Never more than $1,000.

Thats right! Its insanely exepnsive. We live there and we know but other people don't live there so they don't know so can say anything people will believe. Have fun!!! Life is so good telling lies and making it fantasy.
But do you have an outdoor patio space overlooking the cityscape? If you don’t, then you can’t compare your rent price to this. Any apartment that would basically have a whole outdoor patio and that view would indeed cost more…
The inside of the apartment is too small, but that outdoor area is really a win.

Thanks to the view from your balcony, i found your building location and i can tell you, in your building price of rent are at 700 000won/month with 10m won deposit based in zigbang
One of her comments said it was through Air BnB which is why there’d be no deposit and they’re being overcharged. A bit misleading how it was introduced though. I was confused as well.

its kinda a bit expensive the stairs is a bit small and the kitchen too...will be possible to like costumize the shower door to sliding door???
